I have enjoyed this video. You showed cooking, and different things. I like your setup. Never go out at night for a trash run. All that can wait till morning. Have a good trip.❤
I love your rig, but this video really illustrates how different a male nomad's perspective is from a female nomad about how to do "stealth" camping. You have a passthrough from cab to box, but you block it off completely with your bed at night. A woman would never block off her means of getting to the cab, the whole point of which is to enable her to drive away from wherever she is parked WITHOUT having to exit the vehicle if it starts to feel sketchy in a given locale. You think nothing of taking your trash out after dark in a dimly lit parking lot you are not intimately familiar with. A woman would be more inclined to wait until daylight to dispose of her garbage when there are plenty of people around to come to her aid if she's attacked. You lower your curtains to go stealth AFTER reaching your destination for the night, rather than before driving there, giving malefactors a clue that something is going on inside other than solar equipment storage. A woman would get everything ready for bed at a previous location, drive to the camp spot, then turn off the vehicle and go back into the box with all the lights off and curtains already drawn. She would only turn on the lights when all the curtains are drawn closed and the passthrough is shut tight. Every door in her rig would be locked at ALL times, not just when she's leaving it to run errands, etc. There's nothing "wrong" about how you do things, it's just an excellent illustration of how personal safety is viewed/achieved differently by men than it is by women.
I'm from Yuma....my friend runs Neighborhood Deli as part of the mini mart in the Foothills we also have The Lemon Grove & Hillside Farms & a farmers market every weekend to pick up fresh cheap food you should check out the next time you come around
Your space is neat and organized. It made for what looked like a rather quick pack up and go! That faux fur blanket would have me sleeping in for sure. It feels good to sleep a lil cool in the cabin.
Oh maaaaannnn! I was so needing to hear, “ I’m Nomad Brad and this is my box truuuuuck!” 😅 cool video to not only combine a “day in the life” but also a stealth location to park for the night and a box truck “showcase” being it’s soon for sale. Great way to show all your power needs being fulfilled in your daily routine as well. Though I will say after making that cup of latte I expected a little more pinky extension 😂😜 Thanks for sharing Brad and being one o my “go-to’s” when I see you’ve dropped a new video! 👍

Thank you. Dont get a slow cooker. Get an instant pot. It’s way faster because it pressurizes while it’s heating. I can cook a whole roast in an hour. That will take all day in a slow cooker
Not from Yuma, but noticed that the most popular food places are quite crowded and if you are going out to eat go before 7 pm as most places close early. Stuff is also spread out in different areas so found myself driving alot which takes time and gas even tho distances aren't that far. I have camped in the desert not Yuma and found it inconvenient being so far from shops and the bigger campsites being full in winter but incredible weather. There were some clean campgrounds around Lake Mead outside Vegas I think it was called Boulder City. Extremely hot in summer and probably too cold now, but the sites are well maintained daily.
Hi! I noticed your bracelet was making your wrist stained😊There is a quick fix that will help, buy clear nail polish and coat the underside of any jewelry you have a reaction too… reapply as needed❤️
