@@robertslayton6574 As of July 2021, the around about price for adding an unfinished basement was around $42,000 for this particular model and similar models close in square footage. Add another $50,000 or so to have the basement finished by the builder. Prices probably have changed by now though.
Was approved to build this home but never got the chance due to covid Build timing and contract limitations. Such a beautiful home
