I just found straight corridor with a dummy and sign saying "Nico make a straight corridor" or smth like that, also just got chainsmoker + angler at the same time (died to angler)
at 3:16 the same thing happened to me, what I’m guessing is that the door opened to allow a entity to spawn since mine was also followed up by a entity spawn
