Besides Shenmue; another one of my big passions is the creation of relaxing music compilations from games and movies that I enjoy. Sword and Fairy 7 is a Chinese RPG that I've recently played and it reminded me a lot of the Shenmue series; specially the music. So; I decided to create a playlist of relaxing music compilations that I'm going to share here at the channel. Hope you enjoy 😀

yeah i didn't know what to think of this game either, but the nice thing about gamepass, you can try all these games you might otherwise not buy. well after trying it out, now i own it. the soundtrack is one of the best things about it, but underneath the soundtrack you start to realize the story is rather good, and the characters are likable for the most part. i think the music only helps draw you in more, the more i kept playing the more it was harder to put it down.
@@Jeymez I did buy and play the game since its launch, it only went into Gamepass months later but yeah, I hope Gamepass made this game more recognizable, since the game released without any major advertising. I also recommend checking out Xuan Yuan Sword 7 but this one is not on GP.
@@richrodriguez9261 xianxia is more mythical in scope, like high fantasy. It deals with deities and other high fantasy elements. Wuxia is more martial arts based and deals with the more mundane themes like social problems, its low fantasy.
There is a later bit in Deadly Premonitions Life is Beautiful theme that always sounds a bit like the Airing out the books tune from Shenmue 2 - to me at least.

Currently playing this game on Series X and having a blast with it, really beautiful art all around and OST as well.

Just found this game and so far I love it. I love wuxia and Chinese culture in general.
Its xianxia, not wuxia.
