I have a theory. So when we find DogDay, his legs are missing. I think the Prototype took them, in its attempt to upgrade its body. It’s making its minions do the work for it, but they aren’t competent. So after they die, it takes their bodies. That would explain why in chapter 2 we see Huggy’s blood and fur, but his body is missing. The Prototype took it. Like it did with Mommy and now CatNap too. My assumption is that it took some of the other characters bodies too, like Miss Delight. DogDay was left alive, probably because only his bottom half was of use to the Prototype. Though he must have died at the end of the chase. But KissMissy is a weird one. We know neither CatNap or DogDay could’ve killed her, as they are dead. She definitely struggled too. The only suspects I have are Ollie and the Prototype. People are saying Ollie isn’t human, and I do think so too, his voice has an obnoxious pitch to it. But is the prototype able to speak in long paragraphs? Would it be helping us and Poppy? Is this ‘pretending’ almost like sister location, where Ennard pretends to be Circus Baby? Maybe Ollie is a real kid, but trapped somewhere different, as Poppy speaks about Ollie as if she’s met him before. Perhaps Ollie is one of the toys? That’s the most logical explanation. Even Kissy screams like she’s a child when she died. So why I’m taking from all of this is, the Prototype is becoming the ‘ultimate toy’, the Prototype most likely killed Kissy and Ollie is a toy. I’m sorry if I didn’t explain this well 😅😅

She sounded panicked and overwhelmed, so it was either the prototype coming to take her, the smiling critters coming to eat her, or both as the tiny baby critters worship the prototype with no questions asked and do everything he says as long as they get food

Huggy fell from a very high platform. He also hit around two pipes which left remains of his blood on them. This will injure him right from the off. Even if he had something to break his fall,even though not a lot could break his fall anyway the only suitable thing is water I suppose,but if you think about it it’s unlikely there would be water around that area of the factory. 2. He is way back in the beginning of the factory. To travel all the way to playcare while injured would be time consuming and probably would be extremely hard. It is very possible that he wouldn’t make it. 3. We or poppy/kissy would have seen some time of sign of him being around playcare if he was alive and had made it over to playcare by that time. 4. This theorist has even said himself that Kissy’s steps are the only steps to be heard. Only two steps. If Huggy was here then he would move around too and more steps would be heard. 5. Kissy can fight back at Huggy. They are the same species in their physical appearance. It wouldn’t be hard for her to fight against Huggy,with her similar if not carbon copy of Huggy’s sharp teeth. @@-Mealworm-. yeah fair but water isn’t good for breaking falls it’s just as bad as concrete when your falling from a height like that so I don’t think there was really anything to protect him from that kind of fall but if he landed right and the fall is smaller than we thought there’s always a chance The only reason I think he could still be alive is because we really don’t know how well they can survive things like large falls I mean look at how well dog day survived with half of him missing I mean sure we have no clue how long he was missing his bottom half but it was probably quite a while There’s also catnap who covered potentially 70% or more of his body with burns I mean sure he died soon after but i feel like if it was any normal human they would have struggled with the level of movement he was doing after being burned so severely over his whole body Another thing is kissy doesn’t like using her teeth we have never seen her open her mouth and that could be for a number of reasons and maybe she would if there was a big enough threat but if she wouldn’t then she wouldn’t be on equal footing with huggy All the points you make are valid but i just feel like there has to be something more to what happened to huggy and if poppy can’t be trusted like so many people believe then maybe she’s got something to do with it and didn’t realise that he would hurt kissy although that make very little sense

my theory is since kissy missy helped them in chapter 2 (i think), she gets taken by the prototype to suffer the same fate as dogday for helping him escape and will slowly do this until the prototype gets to poppy because of how she reveals the secrets of playtime which is the opposite of what he wants.

HOLD ON!!!! you know that one picture of the “prototypes shadow” looming over a building in one of the chapter three trailers? well if you look at where the head is you can see what seems to be a head shape similar to pickypiggy, so my theory is that not only bobbybearhug is alive because her screams weren’t heard in the cutout but picky is too and she could actually be the one controlling that machine of sorts
@@Kz2001_ i recently found more clear evidence that pickypiggy and one other is still alive so back in the original cartoon vhs tape of the smiling critters where the credits were playing, only three members were credited with voice actors these being pickypiggy, bobbybearhug, and dogday something that all these characters have in common is that their deaths haven’t been confirmed yet as picky and bobby didn’t scream in their cutouts (not including dogday because we found out he was alive despite screaming in his cutout)

Alright PoppyTheory that was absolutely fantastic! But, I have a new theory about why the Prototype killed CatNap. CatNap could’ve seen that the only way to live with the prototype is if he was killed and attached to it. Thoughts, opinions?
My theory on the storyline is this, the hour of joy is originally a plan derive by Poppy to save all the children and punish all the playtime co employees for their evil deed. And the prototype is originally found or created by Poppy to be the ultimate weapon to deal with the playtime co people. But somehow the hour of joy did not turn out the way it meant to turn out and all adults get killed. The prototype being some sort of AI computer system based on its algorithm deem all the bigger bodies initiative monster & small toys to be a threat to the world outside hence it has to destroy them all to prevent them from getting outside and hurt the people outside. But Poppy through the years has her mind twisted want to bring all the surviving toys out and this is why she need to kill the prototype whom is in her way, Poppy want to leave the factory but the prototype want to stop all toys from leaving the factory. She mentioned about saving everyone but this everyone is actually referring to the rest of the toys with the soul of the children in them and not humans. The identity of Poppy must be someone whom has been experiment on against her will and she hate the scientist. Could be Stella when she found out the truth of the company and she has been punished by being turned into a doll. And the character we are playing i think might be Leith Peirre whom has alot of guilt for creating all this madness and now he return to the factory to face his guilt and put a stop to it, Leith must have somehow know the date and time for the hour of joy hence he wasn't in the company when it happened and he was hunted by guilt as he did not tell anyone about it leading to the death of many co-worker. As for why the hour of joy end up in killing all the adults i guess the original instruction from the prototype to the toys was to stop all the adults to let the children escape but from the AI point of view to stop means to kill or destroy which wasn't Poppy original intention and this explain why Poppy say it is a senseless killing or something. But yet it happened and hence the Poppy through the story tell us the player the prototype is the bad guy of the place. And she is the good person and want to save everyone and need us the player to help her out. Actually there is no good guy and bad guy between Poppy and the prototype 1006, just that their objective are different and opposing. At the end i think Poppy will betray the player and trap him in the factory forever or let the player get turned into a toy as well after the player destroy the prototype 1006 and poppy will bring the rest of the toys to escape and leave the factory. Heretics are those toys whom want to leave the factory and not exactly a religion thing. Prototype job is to prevent any toys from leaving the factory and Catnap job is to kill any toys from trying to escape based on the instruction from the prototype. Prototype being AI is in charge of monitoring and communicate with the consciousness in each of the toys, a system created by the scientists. This would explain why all the toys can hear the prototype and prototype want to prevent more toys from being created by playtime co because of its analysis that these toys if enter the world outside is a real threat. The letter the player received in chapter 1 to get him to return to the factory could be from Oille. The player Leith due to his guilt decide to face it and return in hope of saving the survivors he though might still be alive. This explain in previous chapters why when huggy and mummy long legs first see the player they are still "friendly" with the player but later then become hostile likely due to mind control from the prototype. And Kissy Missy recognise the player Leith Pierre hence open the gate for him and leave the place.
This my theory lore. 1006 just want to kill them all and preserve every toy inside him as memory. His intentions to save all children and kill all people that involves with experiment, including toys. He can't reverse the experiment so to him, putting all toy in him is preserving their memory. Keep them alive in a way. After all, he didn't need to eat and he basically can live forever. Every toy has good heart towards the children. So I think what happens is that 1006 convince every toy to work with him by promising safety of children. But after the hour of joy, toy want to left the factory but 1006 don't want that. He wants to end everything. So 2 faction were created, 1006 and another is Poppy. Poppy want to leave the factory but 1006 want everything to end. So they clash. Toys follow Poppy want freedom while toys follow 1006 because they scare of him example mommy LongLegs and DogDay or because they obedience example HuggyWuggy and CatNap. I think 1006 didn't kill all toys yet and just let they kill each other to take the remain to put inside him. This is because 1006 don't want toys fighting against him and join force with Poppy. I think hour of joy happen at night when the regular workers already left. Only the scientist and doctor were left behind. From vhs tape that we watch when the hour of joy happen, everyone run deeper inside of factory (run to toy o machine) instead of running outside. That make me guess that outside door already been shut off. I think CatNap is good kid and I think 1006 want him, Theodore to escape the factory. I think 1006 doesnt even want to left the factory. After all, he can move everywhere but never escape himself. I think 1006 very capable to escape. He just wants to save the children from the factory. CatNap look like very starve toy. He not even aggressive until player force him to.

My theory is the prototype took some of each character's body parts to make himself a more powerful body so he can get hold of poppy for revealing Playtime co's secrets. In the part where kissy missy pounced on player i believed she was under prototype's Wich lead to poppy saving player from getting killed by kissy missy. At the End game Prototype was tired of the many failed attemps to kill player so he killed catnap and took his body ,but before the prototype appeared catnap eventually got on his knees and positioned himself almost like he was praying to the prototype.Before the end of the Chapter player spotted catnap holding his arms out in front of a bunch of dead toys.Then Ollie told player that catnap saw prototype as his hero and god leading to catnap being under prototype's control being that prototype saved catnap's life meaning that catnap would kill anyone who wasn't under prototype's control including Dogday, they cut dogday's legs off leaving him with no legs at all what so ever Dogday told player that the mini smiling critters were watching player and were waiting ,hungry saying that they would follow catnap so they wouldn't meet the same fate.Leading that the smiling critters didn't want to meet the same fate that means the smiling critters followed catnap so he wouldn't kill them dogday also saying that the would feed off you filling what feels empty inside them.
CraftyCorn is the smartest of all smiling critters when they were small. CraftyCorn along with his impressive artistic skills have written all the warnings written in the vents where huggy was chasing us.

Miss delight was by far the scariest part of this chapter. Before i realized she runs when you turn around and shes moving fast af i was on edge but after going around the first corner and having her on top of me i threw my controller. I walked away for probably an hour. Then when the lights start flicker it was like reliving that trauma. The school was very well done.
I think that the prototype actually takes catnap and takes some of his parts then upgrades catnap then he go's to fight kissy Missy and I think in the next chapter all the toys will work together to bring down the prototype...
Man everytime i see real smiling critter DogDay face it's always made me sad cause he's literally get tortured and get he's bottom half chopped of then getting posessed then getting.....killed by that posession? Dogday was eaten slowly by the smiling critters. The prototype kills and captures, their hasn't been any signs of torture from it so far.

I just realized that the reason why CatNap and DogDay were named like this was the reason why cats and dogs were enemies and when the day and night never meet, DogDay being the protagonist and CatNap being the antagonist

see what seems to be a head shape similar to pickypiggy,
so my theory is that not only bobbybearhug is alive because her screams weren’t heard in the cutout but picky is too and she could actually be the one controlling that machine of sorts
or pickypiggy is just dead and her body is used as the head of the prototype or what other character it is

so back in the original cartoon vhs tape of the smiling critters where the credits were playing, only three members were credited with voice actors
these being pickypiggy, bobbybearhug, and dogday
something that all these characters have in common is that their deaths haven’t been confirmed yet as picky and bobby didn’t scream in their cutouts (not including dogday because we found out he was alive despite screaming in his cutout)

fun fact in the start of the smilling critters when catnap makes everyone fall asleep dog day had his hands out and were covering legs with a blanket it actually predicted the future cause that was the way he was tortured u see he had his hands out just like in the sleeping position and the legs were cut just like the blanket was on top of his legs cool right 1:49 and 12:47

Alright PoppyTheory that was absolutely fantastic! But, I have a new theory about why the Prototype killed CatNap.
CatNap could’ve seen that the only way to live with the prototype is if he was killed and attached to it. Thoughts, opinions?
My theory on the storyline is this, the hour of joy is originally a plan derive by Poppy to save all the children and punish all the playtime co employees for their evil deed. And the prototype is originally found or created by Poppy to be the ultimate weapon to deal with the playtime co people. But somehow the hour of joy did not turn out the way it meant to turn out and all adults get killed. The prototype being some sort of AI computer system based on its algorithm deem all the bigger bodies initiative monster & small toys to be a threat to the world outside hence it has to destroy them all to prevent them from getting outside and hurt the people outside. But Poppy through the years has her mind twisted want to bring all the surviving toys out and this is why she need to kill the prototype whom is in her way, Poppy want to leave the factory but the prototype want to stop all toys from leaving the factory. She mentioned about saving everyone but this everyone is actually referring to the rest of the toys with the soul of the children in them and not humans. The identity of Poppy must be someone whom has been experiment on against her will and she hate the scientist. Could be Stella when she found out the truth of the company and she has been punished by being turned into a doll. And the character we are playing i think might be Leith Peirre whom has alot of guilt for creating all this madness and now he return to the factory to face his guilt and put a stop to it, Leith must have somehow know the date and time for the hour of joy hence he wasn't in the company when it happened and he was hunted by guilt as he did not tell anyone about it leading to the death of many co-worker. As for why the hour of joy end up in killing all the adults i guess the original instruction from the prototype to the toys was to stop all the adults to let the children escape but from the AI point of view to stop means to kill or destroy which wasn't Poppy original intention and this explain why Poppy say it is a senseless killing or something. But yet it happened and hence the Poppy through the story tell us the player the prototype is the bad guy of the place. And she is the good person and want to save everyone and need us the player to help her out. Actually there is no good guy and bad guy between Poppy and the prototype 1006, just that their objective are different and opposing. At the end i think Poppy will betray the player and trap him in the factory forever or let the player get turned into a toy as well after the player destroy the prototype 1006 and poppy will bring the rest of the toys to escape and leave the factory. Heretics are those toys whom want to leave the factory and not exactly a religion thing. Prototype job is to prevent any toys from leaving the factory and Catnap job is to kill any toys from trying to escape based on the instruction from the prototype. Prototype being AI is in charge of monitoring and communicate with the consciousness in each of the toys, a system created by the scientists. This would explain why all the toys can hear the prototype and prototype want to prevent more toys from being created by playtime co because of its analysis that these toys if enter the world outside is a real threat. The letter the player received in chapter 1 to get him to return to the factory could be from Oille. The player Leith due to his guilt decide to face it and return in hope of saving the survivors he though might still be alive. This explain in previous chapters why when huggy and mummy long legs first see the player they are still "friendly" with the player but later then become hostile likely due to mind control from the prototype. And Kissy Missy recognise the player Leith Pierre hence open the gate for him and leave the place.

This my theory lore. 1006 just want to kill them all and preserve every toy inside him as memory. His intentions to save all children and kill all people that involves with experiment, including toys. He can't reverse the experiment so to him, putting all toy in him is preserving their memory. Keep them alive in a way. After all, he didn't need to eat and he basically can live forever.
Every toy has good heart towards the children. So I think what happens is that 1006 convince every toy to work with him by promising safety of children. But after the hour of joy, toy want to left the factory but 1006 don't want that. He wants to end everything. So 2 faction were created, 1006 and another is Poppy. Poppy want to leave the factory but 1006 want everything to end. So they clash. Toys follow Poppy want freedom while toys follow 1006 because they scare of him example mommy LongLegs and DogDay or because they obedience example HuggyWuggy and CatNap. I think 1006 didn't kill all toys yet and just let they kill each other to take the remain to put inside him. This is because 1006 don't want toys fighting against him and join force with Poppy.
I think hour of joy happen at night when the regular workers already left. Only the scientist and doctor were left behind. From vhs tape that we watch when the hour of joy happen, everyone run deeper inside of factory (run to toy o machine) instead of running outside. That make me guess that outside door already been shut off.
I think CatNap is good kid and I think 1006 want him, Theodore to escape the factory. I think 1006 doesnt even want to left the factory. After all, he can move everywhere but never escape himself. I think 1006 very capable to escape. He just wants to save the children from the factory. CatNap look like very starve toy. He not even aggressive until player force him to.
(At 8:58) Yeah it's at this point, when Poppy says that, I'm wondering are we a boy or a girl? because we can't be transsexual in this game. All I heard Poppy say was *"they* did nothing wrong" instead of *"he or she* did nothing wrong"

My theory is the prototype took some of each character's body parts to make himself a more powerful body so he can get hold of poppy for revealing Playtime co's secrets. In the part where kissy missy pounced on player i believed she was under prototype's Wich lead to poppy saving player from getting killed by kissy missy. At the End game Prototype was tired of the many failed attemps to kill player so he killed catnap and took his body ,but before the prototype appeared catnap eventually got on his knees and positioned himself almost like he was praying to the prototype.Before the end of the Chapter player spotted catnap holding his arms out in front of a bunch of dead toys.Then Ollie told player that catnap saw prototype as his hero and god leading to catnap being under prototype's control being that prototype saved catnap's life meaning that catnap would kill anyone who wasn't under prototype's control including Dogday, they cut dogday's legs off leaving him with no legs at all what so ever Dogday told player that the mini smiling critters were watching player and were waiting ,hungry saying that they would follow catnap so they wouldn't meet the same fate.Leading that the smiling critters didn't want to meet the same fate that means the smiling critters followed catnap so he wouldn't kill them dogday also saying that the would feed off you filling what feels empty inside them.

Miss delight was by far the scariest part of this chapter. Before i realized she runs when you turn around and shes moving fast af i was on edge but after going around the first corner and having her on top of me i threw my controller. I walked away for probably an hour. Then when the lights start flicker it was like reliving that trauma. The school was very well done.
I think that the prototype actually takes catnap and takes some of his parts then upgrades catnap then he go's to fight kissy Missy and I think in the next chapter all the toys will work together to bring down the prototype...
