No you can use a 212cc I weigh like 230lbs and I can move around 50+ mph on mine and my frame is a motvox frame it’s pretty good frame but I’ll say just weld a solid steel metal thing to the middle in the front of frame so I’ll won’t crack when you hit a bump because mine cracked a lil bit so I just welded a steel bar and now the frame is way stronger because you don’t want the front to brake on you because that’ll end up bad but make sure you motor has a lot of rpms maybe like 6k rpms but find the week spots you think they are and make it more stronger and you will be good

I’m about 200lbs and I have a car frame with a stock (for now) 5hp Briggs flathead. It does around 60mph with me on it. I have a large sprocket so it helps with the top speed.
