It is definitely underrated. You could spend 5+ hours on a level and still miss a dialogue sequence, special action, a single coin. Most players will not experience a quarter of what this game has to offer from a single playthrough.
I'm going on a whim to say it appears that whatever happened, when they put the tank down, it flung due to "poor placement" and despite the fling, it landed slower than "terminal velocity" or i guess the blunt force of the drop wasn't strong enough to ellicit reaction?? Idk in totality, but i just guessed anyways

as some games go, the speedrun community tends to like calling these NMG or low glitch runs "glitch less" instead of "glitchless", as in glitching less than would be normal, or using glitches that are so minor that just save a couple seconds, and aren't completely gamebreaking like the climbing momentum glitches in this game or like leaning through walls in the first game. i do agree that the title shouldve used NMG but as far as tossing a bottle on your head to skip a small cutscene, its pretty inoffensive to the glitchless experience
Just finished my own speedrun with the same ruleset, I got 3h and 3m, I did buy stuff at the black market shop (Stealth shoes and such) so It was kinda cheating but I am still really happy with it and I thank you for making this video to inspire and guide me. Got really unlucky with Duke Luca Abele's clone tho, dude spawned in the throne room and I had to do some shenanigans to not make him flee when I subdued the guards.
Couldnt help but notice, during the Jindosh Riddle, Finch's position in the answer not the same as the Riddle. Shes stated to be on Far left but is only left of center in the answer you put in, how come? I went ahead and solved the riddle, I got the same name to heirloom but not in the same order, do they not have to be in order, just have the right heirloom matched with Name?
the names and heirlooms are randomized for every run and you just have to match a correct name with a correct heirloom, it doesn't matter where on the door/lock the name is situated..

Watching this after my first playthrough non lethal stealth over 40 hours. This game is amazing and underrated.

@TheDoomFan2004 🇰🇬 if you explore every area,collect stuff and do side quests then yes it may even take 50 hrs to complete

I'm convinced that devs added "hold to skip" or "hold to interact" mechanics specifically to make speedrunners hate themselves

How do you do the takedown where you are crouching behind enemies, jumping and instantly taking them down? Ive tried doing that and it never works
