I am so afraid that the sewing machine will rip or bend the paper. Any tips?
Spectrum Arts-Madi Azar if you're worried you could use a sharp finer needle for thinner paper... however, you'll find it will be fine! Try on different weight paper scraps first and you'll see 😊 I can't remember the last time I changed my needle and I believe it might even be a denim one! 😮 But it works fine! You could also use hand stitches or even a micro fine tip pen to draw on faux stitches if you're not convinced. But it will be fine! It's only paper so if it did happen to tear it's not a major setback to reprint the image if it DID go wrong... But very doubtful it would xxx
Spectrum Arts-Madi Azar, Understand that fear. I use these needles Organ Flat Shank Size 80/12 Sewing machine needles: tinyurl.com/y7xdxto6
Make sure that you have dry paper when you are sewing. If your machine can sew through denim then it can sew through the paper. Take your time and don't worry. :) Test on scraps of paper to get the feel of how sewing is for you! You can do it. Thanks so much for your question and for watching.

Lovely! Lots of inspiration here! But... Sorry to be pedantic... It's just a lil irk of mine... At the same time, I feel I need to say it in case you sell these... It should say CHERISH EVERY DAY... not everyday! Everyday has a different meaning to every day. Could just be peeled off and cut in half then glued back on...? Hope you don't mind me mentioning it xxx

Linda Israel awww thank you for being gracious enough to take my criticism in the way it was intended and not taking it personally. It was just because I heard you say you sold them, or may sell the embellishments even.... Just "proofreading" in that sense! And I'm happy to watch! You share lots of inspiration! Xxxx
You are most welcome. :) I'm terrible at spelling. and sometimes I read something and I think yeah that is right. Then if I do a search for the word online I get the correct spelling or meaning. lol, I'm only human. lol So if someone points something out I try to think of it as that they are trying to help, not bring me down. :) There have been others that were really mean and try to find fault in anything I do, but for the most part, the people I encounter are trying to help and raise me up. So again, thank you so very much! We need to all support each other in this life. :) But I am selling the set of words and the embellishments and I was able to reprint/cut the words and made extras to fix my errors. I was lucky that when I put the space in between the words it still fit in the box and I was able to paste a new one on top on the altered paperclip. lol :) again thank you. rambling now. lol
Linda, you are so very right on how you took this comment. We are just all trying to help each other out. I tried this once and got my head blown off. The girl took it totally the wrong way. I did apologize and told her I just wanted to help. She never apologized back but just said she was tired. I have read and reread my comment to her and I was so very kind. I used the words "maybe", "maybe if", and "I hope this helps". I think this would be a great subject on your Facebook group. Do we or do we not help, guide, teach???
oh, what size did you cut the craft card stock?
Funny thing, I didn't cut them as these were in a grab bag from Canvas Corp Brands. lol So I had to measure it for you. It was 2.5 x 5.5 inches. :) Thanks for asking. :) and thanks again for watching.
