I can say it varies, sometimes so much easier, sometimes not! Lvl 3 Aug 2024 was nothing like mocks or CFA learning ecosystem, so much more difficult/ or rather designed to fail more candidates. More recurring revenue for the institute! Answering the grey area questions does not make you a more learned professional, just saves you future exam fees.

Sir I am thinking of giving my exam in May 2025 .if I pay the standard fees can there be problem with my exam centre being outside the state or country just because i pay late fees
For large cities with many test centers, this probably won't be as big a problem as for smaller cities/countries with fewer testing centers. It really depends on your location and how many candidates are trying to compete for your desired test center locations/dates. A good rule of thumb is to register as soon as possible so that you can give yourself the best chances.
