My problem is the audio out on the Apple TV is fixed and the signal strength is way too strong making my receiver peak and distort. It’s really annoying Apple doesn’t let you turn the volume output down

Double check to make sure your HDMI cord is plugged into the right port (ARC is usually HDMI 3). Go into your settings on Apple TV > remote and devices > scroll to the bottom and make sure “control tv and receivers” is selected “on” and “volume control” is set to “auto via HDMI”. That should work but if not, check the settings on your tv.
@@tatianabritton6258 actually I am using optical cable and everything is working fine when I power on the Apple TV remote works to power on the TV but when I power off my apple tv only apple tv power off and TV doesn't shut down so I have problem only in shutting off the TV

My issue ist that i need to grab my samsung remote if i want to switch manualy hdmi port for my ps5 or swirch. any solution for that?

When you plug the receiver into the Arc, what slot are you plugging the Apple TV into?
