My batch hatched pretty good except a couple of my chicks drown facing down onto the water ring around the incubator it just not safe..this one you have to really sit and watch when it hatched otherwise your chicks dead..4 of my drown because of the water ring around it.
@Mohammed ღ 1.pls check if the egg motor work with rotation shaft well ? 2.pls keep it's dry no water between egg tray and bottom ; 3.pls try to put a little eggs and test it turning funcion ,if works well ,then the egg motor is in good condition;
Found on sale for 25 bucks free shipping, can’t believe Amazon is trying to sell for 75 bucks. Hatch rate is 50-55% at best and average 40-45%. It’s great or ok I supposed if their ur eggs and free and you don’t care and don’t have a broody hen then ok I guess but if your buying expensive heritage or rare eggs run far far away. I’ve used it on 10 eggs batches. Same eggs from Same 100 hens and 10 roosters ok the farm get 80/85% hatch rate even 90% on a commercial incubator. My commercial is owned by several of us so not always available and nearly $1000.00. So this at 25$ is good enough to hatch some chicks. You gotta be crazy or not right to pay 75$ or even ebays 60$. Much better bators out there at that price. As far as drowning ummm put marbles in the channel filled almost and chicks can’t drown. Also once hatched I usually have them in a brooder immediately to dry off. So problem solved.
