Look up ISBoxer, it's the most common used multiboxing tool that is "allowed" by Blizzard. Read their FAQ. It's a little complicated to setup but it's by far the most efficient way.

Wait, isn't multi accounting simply forbidden? I understand that you are doing this for content, but I think it is important to say for everyone who is watching to not to have multiple accounts and farming in the same lobby... Feeding everything into your main. That is forbidden and should be banned (eventually will be)
