I use this printer on my office. I have a a little problem, every time the card enters the laminating process. it said the laminator late jam error code 17005. I tried to pull down the laminator, it worked but every time the card goes out from the machine, the machine makes a very loud and rough sound. I'm afraid it will damage the machine. How to fix this? I've tried to clean the laminator but it doesn't work.
