A show as phenomenal as this must be seen multiple times. Since 2001, I've had the pleasure of seeing them 9 times: 3 in Toronto 2 in Quebec City 2 in Montreal 1 in Auburn Hills, MI 1 in Jones Beach, NY
I was in my late teens/early 20s when they hit the scene. It was a time of industrial music like Rammstein, Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Prodigy.
I had the pleasure to see Rammstein 3 times live in Portugal, one of them he pulled out his heart then it started burning on his hand. That was insane! The vocalist, Lindmann, is a certified pyrotechnician!
I saw Rammstein live at the Eurockéennes de Belfort back when they first started out in 1998. It was definitely the wildest concert I’ve ever attended. I thought I was going to die when Till Lindemann pulled out a 3-ft long fake ding-a-ling from his pants and was swinging it in a circle like a freaking lasso 😆
I've been to a lot of Rammstein concerts over the last few years. The show is great and you can't get enough of it. Your reactions (with your buddy) to the songs are really entertaining and your interpretations very interesting! There are a lot of really good songs that you should react to. First heard them when tripping hard in the late 90s… I’d drifted away from metal to techno stuff but they brought me right back to the bangin And when I learned they worked in a pyrotechnics company… I was sold
This is an experience that you HAVE to see live at least once in your life! I have been to quite a few concerts and this was by FAR the best one I've ever heard the pleasure of experiencing. It's not just a concert or a freaking experience. A whole other level
So a few things about this kick ass band! 1. The stage design changed over 5 years ago so check the new set up. 7 story elevator that brings them down at the start and the end of the show. Also during the song techno verso. That Richard does of Deutschland. 2. They are taking a few years off from touring as of this year. They did a long stint the last few years and need a break and deserve it! 3. When they do come back to states, please go! If you can do 2 different days I highly suggest in the seats dead center so you can enjoy the pyrotechnics. Then do the Feuerzone for another. This way you can feel the heat of it. 4. Every show they have over 90 trucks, a week to set up the stage and use over a 1000 liters of fuel per show. It’s no joke what they and their crew do for a performance. Hats off to all who make it happen. 5. Till (lead singer) has his side tour project goin on now in the states. If you can check it out, his new album is fantastic and we are seeing him in the City on Oct 1st. I have traveled from the states to see them perform live in a few countries the last couple years and it it literally the best live show ever. Once you know what the songs means and see them perform each song you get a better understanding on what’s going on, this is from Mein Teil, Puppe, Rammstein. Adieu, mein herz brennt etc etc etc. I love watching people seeing this for the 1st time and it’s me getting to see it in their eyes what I seen all those years ago! Keep up the great work!
Till, the singer, is also the pyrotechnician for the band. When Till was beating his fist on his knee, that's called the Till Hammer. He has a bad knee and it locked up on him on stage one time. So he started banging on his knee in time to the music to get it to work again. The fans liked it and it stuck. The guy on the treadmill is known as Flake. He's a total diva.
As one commenter mentioned, Flake (treadmill guy), is on the treadmill cos he used to walk around the stage and mess with the others, but also he used to roll around on a Segway on stage and accidentally ran Till over and broke his leg, thus the treadmill....
Y’all need to watch a SONNE (live) because along with the song being a MONSTER, the pillar pyros they have in stadium shows are an absolute spectacle 🔥
Sonntag BP binge. Love Rammstein. I learned decent German when I was playing ball over there late 1980s, industrial, kind of gritty, just like Germany. I do have to read the lyrics at my age to understand it but these dudes are great.
Saw them live in Hultsfred 1999.. in the very early era when they got famous.. so god damn good performance, lots lots of fire.. the singer set himself on fire so you could feel the heat in the front row.. later on they used a flamethrower on the audience.. lots and lots of pyrotectics, the singer is a certified pyrotechnician.. and he has HUGE stagefright.. thats why its so theatrical..
When you see Rammstein live you understand most of the live show you saw and you will see can't handle comper to them. They are 10/10 in every detail. I follow Rammstein since 2005. This year i was on Reggio Emilia part of euro tour 2024. Crazy my friend. By the way your videos are cool
He stops periodically. He is a critical part of the pyro segment where he is in a big pot as Til shoots flames at it. Til was a swimmer for the East German national team until he was thrown off the team for missing curfew.
Won a signed poster by the band back in "maybe" 1998 from a contest where Grand prize was to see them live in Germany but I won 1rst Place which was the signed poster. Framed it, kept letter and package it arrived in. Been over 25yrs. Damn that just sunk in... 😮
a whole concert is a MUST EXPERIENCE. Also the keyboard player is always on the treadmill when playing, but there are also more "theatrical" parts where he is acting out parts and doing other things. The show i was at in San Antonio, 55,000 people in the Alamodome, he wore a shiny gold suit and top hat. Loudest concert I have ever been to. I want to see them again for sure. edit: I should mention this is like only the start of the pyro in the concert, shit got REAL WILD, like a howitzer cannon shooting flames 30ft across the stage, Till wearing a flaming peacock suit, it goes HARD on the flames.
The treadmill changes to the tempo of every song. Sometimes it's fast, like here, while other times it's slower, like their live performance of their song Engel (which you should TOTALLY check out, btw)
Rammstein has actually recorded an English version of this song, though it's difficult to find on official sources. Their translation is "You hate me to say and I did not obey." The verse was recorded as "Will you onto just a server, we have right to hail forever... Never!"
Cool, so you where born not far away from my place (about half an hour drive) Bruce Willis was also born quite close (Idar-Oberstein) I am 64 F and I so enjoy reactions to Rammstein (pronounce it "Rummshtine". They do blow you away. Their perfomance and music is on another level.
I have just watched the video of Till singing a beautiful ballad. He is singing in Russian from the Hermitage museum in Moscow. Presumably Russian is his second language as he was born in East Germany in Leipzig , but he seems fluent in many languages. Catch it if you can. Cant remember the name in Russian but the English translation is Beloved Town.
Oh, in the very early years they used to just pour a little gasoline on the audience floor and light it up if the people seemed bored :-D Flake's treadmill can rotate and change direction, so he can walk left, right or towards the audience. And some songs it stops. They used a paste of instant coffee and water to dirty themselves up.
Kraftwerk = Electro Music, or instrumental Electronic... doesn't have to do absolute anything with hip hop, just maybe that hip hop music take some sample of them to use it for them selves. Kraftwwrk don't have any connection to hip hop in general. Greetings from a guy from Düsseldorf (Germany) where kraftwerk is from.
@@igorbo.4216 Greetings, and you just corroborated what I said. It was sampled by early Hip Hop artists and therefore was key to the sound, aka Africa Bambataa’s Planet Rock. From The Bronx, NYC where Rap and Hio Hop was born 🗽
@@igorbo.4216 Kraftwerk = Elektro-Pop/Krautrock Kraftwerk had influence on many early Hip Hop artists, Detroit Techno artists and many more (Coldplay, Rammstein, Depeche Mode etc.). Planet Rock (Genre: Electro Funk) by Afrika Bambaataa featured dubs of two Kraftwerk songs with vocoder voice-overs by Bambaataa. The artform of dubbing isn't just sampling with a computer... Electro Funk is closely connected to Electro the only difference is Electro has a backbeat and Electro Funk has a constant 4/4 beat. Later Hip Hop productions are often based on a backbeat like Electro. The only correct statement is that they have no connections to hip hop in general. ----- Lott Jonn aus Rheydt - Nur weil man aus Düsseldorf kommt, muss man nicht zwangsläufig Recht haben 😉

You said, that you like the deep song "Zeit".
Than I think you must hear the both songs "Adieu" and "Ohne Dich". They are really deep songs too.
First heard them when tripping hard in the late 90s… I’d drifted away from metal to techno stuff but they brought me right back to the bangin
And when I learned they worked in a pyrotechnics company… I was sold
This is an experience that you HAVE to see live at least once in your life! I have been to quite a few concerts and this was by FAR the best one I've ever heard the pleasure of experiencing. It's not just a concert or a freaking experience. A whole other level
The "bitches come" scene from x x x you referenced actually has Rammstein playing feuer Frei in the background
Till is a licensed pyrotechnic so his shows have tons of fire in them.
I have been to 2 concerts they are amazing in concert!!
Sonntag BP binge. Love Rammstein. I learned decent German when I was playing ball over there late 1980s, industrial, kind of gritty, just like Germany. I do have to read the lyrics at my age to understand it but these dudes are great.
Damn KrizzKaliko bigup from Germany love your songs with Tech
Great reaction! I love watching each of you individually but these cross channel collaborations are fire! You guys are awesome together!
The concerts are sick!!! So much interaction with the crowd. And the pyrotechnics is crazy.
the singer is super strong too. correct me if i'm wrong but he was an alternate for the German Olympic Shot Put team.
👍
As soon as I saw you did this one, as a rapper I know he would get the double word play!
Dude i love that Rammstein Theme on your Podc.Greetings from Germany Frankfurt am Main. ( If you need some good german Beer give me a Call ; )
You really should check out Ich Will , Sonne , and Benzene .
Flake usually stays moving the entire concert . Except during skits in songs .
Dig this channel man. Folks getting out of their comfort zone and just being real.
I want to see them again for sure.
edit: I should mention this is like only the start of the pyro in the concert, shit got REAL WILD, like a howitzer cannon shooting flames 30ft across the stage, Till wearing a flaming peacock suit, it goes HARD on the flames.
left bro is actually a vampire. it gets more rare by the year to have those fangs. im really proud of mine actually as well
Check out ENGEL next the pyro in its great and the angel wings just make it perfect
Oh, Industrial is so fun!! Crank it up loud and jump around!!! ❤
Never!"
Cool, so you where born not far away from my place (about half an hour drive) Bruce Willis was also born quite close (Idar-Oberstein)
I am 64 F and I so enjoy reactions to Rammstein (pronounce it "Rummshtine".
Meanwhile, in the background, there's been a triple X movie made, and vin diesel is somewhere there on the balcony
Hoje em dia ouço isso❤❤❤ sem palavras mesmo isso e metal 🔝🔝🔝❤. lindo 😍
Don't forget they have an entire stadium of FRENCH singing in German. In my youth we called it Industrial Noise. I lived for the next Wax Trax Record.
ive been to one live show in the nose bleeds and you can feel the fire from waaaay up there so i can only imagine how hot it is up close
Oh, in the very early years they used to just pour a little gasoline on the audience floor and light it up if the people seemed bored :-D
Flake's treadmill can rotate and change direction, so he can walk left, right or towards the audience. And some songs it stops.
They used a paste of instant coffee and water to dirty themselves up.
Germany’s group KRAFTWERK was instrumental to the early hip hop sound; highly sampled. I’d recommend “NUMBERS” you’ll hear it right away!
@@igorbo.4216 Kraftwerk = Elektro-Pop/Krautrock
Kraftwerk had influence on many early Hip Hop artists, Detroit Techno artists and many more (Coldplay, Rammstein, Depeche Mode etc.).

Lott Jonn aus Rheydt - Nur weil man aus Düsseldorf kommt, muss man nicht zwangsläufig Recht haben 😉
First time, i hear Ramstein IT was in the Movie Triple X... They play in the Disco at the beginning of the Movie... The Song calls "Feuer" or "Fire"
Now you have to do KMFDM - Juke Joint Jezebel ❤❤❤❤❤!!!!!!! ANOTHER INDUSTRIAL!!
Nanowar Of Steel - Norwegian Reggaeton (feat. Charly Glamour & Gigatron)
Second this recommendation
Hell yeah!!!
A live Rammstein show is not to be missed! Saw them in Philly not long ago and if you think the pyro in the Du Hast/Paris video was nuts...
This is what I've been waiting for
Love this collab!❤
I saw these guys live three times. Let me tell you that when the fire hits you can easily feel the heat even not being right in front of the stage
So the next for Krizz should be Mein Herz brennt Piano version... 😁
Seen Rammstein 4 times...once at Hammerstein ballroom....then Rammstein didnt play in USA for about 10 years. Saw them in MSG the next time they played in USA and they were amazing...I agree Engel at MSG LIve version is tops
he is a legend for a reason! respect Kaliko
Great reaction! Should have him see the live from Paris for "Wollt Ihr Das Bett In Flammen Sehen" Another great one with the wild pyro!!
Saw them twice this summer & they're on an indefinite hiatus now I guess 🥲
