I ran through peroneal tendonitis for a few 90 mile weeks during my last season of cross. It's a pain but can be dealt with. Do plenty of activation with a band before you run and plenty of rolling out and you'll be fine.

I noticed you added a tempo 400 in your warmup for the workout, is that something you do a lot/would you recommend adding that to certain workout routines?
Yeah, sometimes I train by heart rate. A lot of it is by feel. Easy days are between 130 and 150 bpm. Moderate days are 150-170bpm. Threshold days are 170-183

I started running in 5th grade. Didn’t hit 80 miles per week until spring of this year. Now I’ve hit 80+ for 10 weeks straight.
