    What can you do professionally with languages

      You can get better job opportunities overall, more likely to get hired. Could be a translator, linguist, teacher

      Freelance translation pays around 200K annually if you go far in it, otherwise you can go into finance, law, nursing etc. Most jobs require a degree, because to get into university you need to obviously be smart, so a degree in anything doesn’t matter as long as it’s a degree. Applicants who are bilingual or trilingual are exceptionally gifted and are held in stratospherically high regard when choosing who to employ
