Does something about this remind someone of another game? It is really solid and even very Persona-esque, but something about the smoothness and harmony of the piano is enchanting and nostalgic...
You play as Joker through the game. He isn't needed in the party unless you play on risky. You can pick the battle music when you get the characters for each song.
as you go on and get more characters you get their battle themes, you can config either to let all them play on random or just one, this of course for regular battles, FOEs and bosses have their own, also, the game center is Joker, you can create the party however you want unless you play in risky that forces you to have Joker in the party all the time, plus the quirk that enemies does more damage than any difficulty and if joker dies its insta game over
