      Hi Shakarthik,
      We unfortunately don't have any videos up that perfectly fit your request. We do have a few videos that go through the various aspects of Random Vibration analysis here though:

    Can I do thermal analysis for facade details esp. corner detail in Solidworks with proper boundary conditions (i.e. applying external and internal temperature of a space to the modeled 3d detail). I want to visualize the heat flow in 3d model. Can you upload some tutorial regarding that? Please reply asap ... :)

    • @goengineer

      Yes you can. You can perform thermal analysis with this module on any 3D model as long as conduction and radiation are the primary modes of heat transfer. Convection is approximated with coefficients.
      If you are looking to model the environment where convection is also present we have a different module for this. Please check out this video for more details: th-cam.com/video/0ARvGwjwDlM/w-d-xo.html

      @@goengineer Thank you so much for replying. I am a masters student and I am doing thesis this semester related to thermal analysis of facade systems. Is it possible for you to communicate with me through email. Can I get your email address? I have few more queries to be cleared.

    hello..i am ganesh..i am studying in germany...i would like to do analysis on sparkplug...can i get the dimensions of it and can you brief how you those values for anaylsis.
    can i get software?...waiting for your rly
    thank you.

      Hi Ganesh,
      We can get you a trial of the software if you are inside our territory (South Western USA). You would just make the request here (www.goengineer.com/solidworks-pricing-information/). Otherwise, if you are outside the South Western USA then you would want to make this request of your local VAR which can be queried here (www.solidworks.com/sw/purchase/varlocator.htm).

    today i approached my professor to discuss about it..he is from electrical background....he raised the question that there will some heat loss due to conduction as it will in contact with the cylinder head....?
    can you please answer to this...?

    • @goengineer
      @goengineer  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ganesh,
      If the cylinder head is a good conductor itself and the connection between the cylinder head and your model has very little thermal resistance then you might consider adding a portion of the cylinder model to the analysis and adding a boundaries to the cylinder for its own heat losses. This would be the best approach to consider conduction heat loss into that object. It is expected that the cylinder temperature would rise and this would be the only way to accommodate that change to stay true to real life.
