Excelent! I've tried make it in my solidworks but I've solidworks 2014 and all interface of simulation is different, seemingly there's not "study advisor" and so forth. Thank you for video.

I used T = T(convection) +(T at base - T(Convection))(Theta/Theta(b)) for the theoretical result, but mine is slightly different from the solidwork result. Am I doing something wrong?

What formulae did you use for the theoretical result. I need to know. Thanks

Can you please attach your theoretical excel spreadsheet or a link to a public drive of the file and the simulation results?
It would be of great help and would be much appreciated by many.
    Thank You
    Great video

Hi Frankie!this is really a good video, thanks for your sharing, I am also doing some simulation work now, how did you do the theoretical calculation? I also want to do a theoretical calculation and then compare with the simulation result, can you give me some suggestions on that? Thanks!

The formulas used for the theoretical calculations were taken from the text used for the Heat Transfer class at Pittsburg State University. The information for this text can be found below.
Incropera, Franke et al. Introduction to Heat Transfer: 5th Edition. Hoboken, NJ: John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 2007. Print.
