Chef भाई इतनी भारी मात्रा में प्याज,लहसुन और टमाटर डालोगे तो मटन के स्वाद का तो पता ही नहीं चलेगा, इतनी मात्रा में मसाले इत्यादि खुद ही हाबी रहेंगे टेस्ट पर। ऐसा नहीं होता chef। मसाले,प्याज,टमाटर वागहरा जितने काम होंगे मटन का स्वाद उतना ही ज्यादा होगा। मानो या ना मानो सच्चाई यही है।
Bhai saab Aap ko dekh rahe hain aap always Jyada Jyada 3kg /2kg (lagta hain khali Cataring wale ko dikhane ke liye) iske niche khana pakatei nehi hain..kabhi 1kg bhi pakaiye..(ta ki Hum log ghar me bhi paka sake) yeh jaruri nahi hain saab koi ghar mein itna amount ka banaye..Aage de yeh baat dhyan me rakhiye..
