@@4otherz since the customer’s door was slamming open for the last few years I thought it was best to change both. 21 minutes into the video I did a dollar bill test and it was tight. In addition the door wasn’t closing fully by itself until I replaced the hinges. All seems well now.

My seal is fine but the door slam. Can the rubber cushion only be replaced or do you need an entire hinge replacement?
