Yeah I'm one of those people that heard "you just haven't found the right strain" from so many people who are able to consume it. Plenty of them say they had similar experiences to mine, and can only use certain types. I believe them. But i think a lot of people need to accept that it truly isn't a miracle drug that's for everyone. The truth is that it is not perfectly safe, and It's addictive. That's okay- a lot of stuff can be, and it still helps others..... Ignoring these truths is as harmful for some as banning it can be for the person next to them. We have to be realistic & take people seriously when discussing medications, especially mind altering ones.
Also- let's support the scientific research to understand more about kratom 😊 another plant people use to get off oxys and fentanyl for good, but can affect some quite badly. A lot of people opposed Federal Regulation of Kratom, but we do need it to be consistently safe and the same for it to be the best it can be for everyone.

@@marysupernova7780 thing is 1% of the population have it without knowing it. Any drug can wake it up as it were. You are born with this issue so its not the drugs that create this issue. But cannabis is vague without actual balances or measurements of THC and CBD levels or any other factors like other pills too. I love these fake reports or studies about its on the rise or fall. Did they go around and ask everyone do or don't they smoke weed? lol people still believe statistics which are great liars if not done right.

So i think that one had other mental issues. The other thing is 1000 uses for cannabis! from fuels, to plastics, paper, woods, insulations, skin care, and many uses for mental issues too. dont blame the drugs blame the person ABUSING it. CAnnabis has bening used by 250 million people as we speak. All things in moderation. No one cares about banning drink do they? The numbers are so small for cannabis vs what cannabis can do for so many applications. Cars are far more dangerous! more died from walking the doggy than cannabis has done in thousands of years. I think of a worse case scenario for anything should be ban burgers? sugars? etc etc?

Cannabis can definitely trigger Anxiety and Depression... and if your already a very nervous/quiet/shy person it can be worse because it will turn everyday into a self reflection session where all your flaws and anxieties lay bare for everyone to see... and I feel like that’s where most get their schizophrenia from, and don’t let these “not yet proven to be the cause” stickers fool you... cannabis is definitely the cause of mental disorders... or for the very least the antagonizer of them

It's DEFINITELY NOT my medicine having experienced some of the (so-called) short-term effects of forgetfulness and confusion... BUT ... My housemate is a life-long user who (just like you ) has weened himself OFF of serious psych drugs over the years. He experiences NONE of those "side-effects".
Cannabis has saved his life many times over. He smokes up and gets wildly creative and delightfully social. But THE OPPOSITE is true for me. I do enjoy it once in a while when I'm alone and can fall asleep without having to excuse myself, and must consume only a tiny amount.
We are all wired differently for sure.

Anonymous medical professional here. This video referenced emergency department admissions for drug use where marijuana was mentioned within their medical records. This is an unreliable piece of information as you’ll find almost 9 times out of 10 that all types of illicit drug users will use marijuana at some point in their lives, and when asked by the doctor about this during an admission, for example heroin overdose, if the patient states that they have a smoke every now and again this will be noted down but the actual ED admission will more likely be from opiate OD and not the cannabis use.
It’s like saying that everybody who were found to have died from brain tumours had a brain. It points out the obvious but somehow tries to use it to push false information?!

I work at the 3rd largest indoor grow in my state. I also have a background in psychology and had a therapy practice. Cannabis is being used for its THC (the high) to cover up childhood trauma that is not treated (like alcohol ) and denial of addiction. It's simple... if you can't live without it, you're addicted. CBD is a medicine of the future but the industry is selling its product for the addict which wants the high to remain in denial of their addiction instead of treatment of childhood trauma. It's a business and the money comes from addiction, repeat business, and genetic manipulation for higher THC content is necessary to continue to out due the next grower. It's a race to the bottom. Treatment for anxiety or depression is not going to work, it will only continue the problem through denial. Therapy does work, and I recommend age regression hypnotherapy.

It appears from what I heard on this video, "that you're somebody from Canada"? NOT ONE word was mentioned about usage in countries like Jamaica or Isreal, where they've studied it more thoroughly! You forgot to say, "More studies need to be done", when this substance has been around for over 5,000 years and "NOBODY has ever died from using it"!! I've smoked daily for over 30+ years and a lot ( after work only) it has shortened my memory recall of recent issues, yet my long term memory is reasonably sharp. It isn't for everyone and abuse of anything is detrimental. The one thing that it does do is make you question what you have been told. You question, "WHY?"
THIS IS THE REASON IT HAS BEEN A CLASS 1 DRUG . It stops the programming of the fed narrative when you ask questions. TV's and movies are realized to be less than entertaining and being amongst friends is supportive..
It isnt violent like alcohol and other substances can be.
Recently I've put it aside and do wish I'd done it sooner because I was abusing it and justifying it to myself which on reflection, was not good..
Never stop learning, that's the killer.😘

Cannabis is like most drugs, helpful at first but as people become dependent and use increases the negative side effects start to increase and create more issues than it helps. Symptoms are more typical in people who have a history of long term daily use of Cannabis. My professional opinion is to try everything else first (therapy, support groups, meditation, yoga, exercise, diet, CBT, EMDR, connecting with people, animal therapy, and so on) before using mind altering substances to help you deal with daily life.

    HALLOWEEN POT FARMER SONG !!
I got out my pipe and stuffed it with pot
You better believe, it held a whole lot.
I whipped out a lighter and thumbed up a flame
Then sucked down that smoke which comforts my brain.
I tried alcohol; and smoked cigarettes
Though, they did nothing, but give me regrets.
My mom had arthritis and couldn't walk around
When I rolled her a joint, she danced on the ground.
I thought I was losing my lovemaking knack
But, after I smoked some, to me it came back.
Soon I decided prices were high
So I searched for some ground I wouldn't have to buy.
I bargained for seeds from smokers all around
Then, got in my truck and drove out of town.
I walked through the woods where the wild birds nest
And found me the meadow I thought was the best.
I dug up the ground and sowed all my seeds
Then said a small prayer for strong, healthy weeds.
I watered at night with a five-gallon pail
The mosquitoes went hungry for I wore a veil.
Seven months went by; I thought I would die
Till the Halloween moon was high in the sky.
At night I went out, in my camouflage suit
And used a corn knife to chop down the loot.
I hung it up to dry where it couldn't be found.
Then came back and got it, when it had turned brown.
I trimmed off the buds, and stuffed them in bags
Called all my friends and passed out free drags.
In less than a week my crop was gone
But I flew to St. Thomas with a love hungry blonde!!

Honestly, I believe marijuana is great. Some people have bad reactions but for us who don’t. It seriously helps. I struggle with ptsd insomnia bipolar disorder Major depressive disorder with psychosis and anxiety disorder. This “drug” has helps me calm down and think clearer, it helps me sleep, I don’t have as bad anger issues, episodes or anxiety even after my high has wore off. Personally this is the best thing for me. Better than any of my years and years of therapy and any drug the psychiatrist put me on.

I think weed benefits so many ppl that that’s all that’s talked about, I for one have bipolar disorder and even tho I’m a daily smoker I’m trying to stop Bc I really do see as of late how manic it truly makes me. When high I make decisions that appeal to me and seem fun but the moment I wake up the next morning I seriously regret them and feel so uncomfortable. My memory was already not doing well and now it seems like time itself is a blurred line, I have difficulty thinking and speaking clearly and even just taking care of myself. I’m dealing with a lot of mental health issues and it does give that temporary relief but there’s always a cost to anything and personally the cost of smoking weed for me now is starting to really not be worth it

I was shocked at the 1960s style of this video, particularly in its inclusion of disinformation from discredited or incomplete studies, and even a moral preachiness not supported by experience and evidence. Watching and believing this type of video disinformation can contribute to psychotic episodes including delusion and paranoia. Even worse, medical administrators and policy makers who believe this kind of thing will invariably make bad decisions about public and individual healthcare. A very very very poor showing. My short term memory is very good. I have a better memory than many people who never used thc at all. I used thc from 16 to 24 years old almost daily. I quit for years and my memory recovered greatly after quitting. I exercise a lot and a study said that helps the brains ability to repair itself through neuroplasticity. However while I was using it and for the first couple months after quitting my short term memory suffered a lot. It’s not healthy but the brains recovery is def possible once you quit for a while. In fact I went to college after quitting and got straight A’s so after 8 years of heavy use and during adolescence I recovered. However I will say this, I had a great memory before I started cannibas and was above average in that department so that could come into play. I was starting out with an excellent memory, I can still remember phone numbers of friends from 30 years ago when we were kids. If somebody starting out with a more average memory it may be more destructive for them.

    3. Abuse: using more than you should. Using it as self medication without proper guidance.
    4. Some states in 2021, STILL, have it as a schedule 1 drug. No medicinal use. Right. What about alcohol? Mind my business, ok.

In the 80's because of the war on drugs cannabis became really hard to find so i turned to alcohol, alcohol is easy to obtain cheap and socially acceptable. if you want to talk about drugs that are harmful then alcohol is the worst It nearly ruined my life nearly killed me or nearly killed myself with it. I quit drinking at the age of 25 with the HELP of cannabis.15 years later because of the work i do i had to stop consuming cannabis I didn't want to but had to. What's been happening during this time? Race bating, riots in the streets, buildings burning, people being beaten or even murdered for their beliefs, protesting world wide, pandemic BS, forced mask wearing, social divisions at every level and demographic? Everybody in the world has been either angry, depressed, anxious, or disillusioned, possibly all of the above. Yet, with all the factors and co-factors to choose from,..........it was, the all evil, cannabis. Apparently, they would like us to believe that smoking weed (not a drug, a dried all natural holistic medicinal plant) caused all of these listed conditions. Orange man bad syndrome. Yeah, they're still blaming him for what they have done today. Well, him and cannabis. It's funny how all of these health conditions they reported can also be caused by stress. 🤔 HMMM!

Relationships are seriously affected by smoking weed becoming a priority, by random sleep/ eating patterns, lack of concentration that makes communication really difficult, Irritability that makes people tiptoe around you, lack or responsibility, reliability, accountability, paranoia ( suspicious of people, actions without substantial reasons), anxiety episode, poor personal hygiene, short memory loss, etc.

Instead of asking what affect drugs have on the mind only, we should be asking why a mind would be drawn to a drug in the first place. It is my contention that no healthy, balanced mind seeks out drugs. Drugs, it seems to me due to observations, are sought after by the user to reach a balance or state of feeling 'right' which is lacking at some level. Brain damage from things like fetal or infant lead exposure, sports injuries, et al, may be the culprit in may cases of drug abuse. Once a drug provides the sought after feeling of 'balance', how ever sort a time it is, the user can fall into the quest to repeat and expand that feeling thus becoming a self prescriber and we all know how poorly they are at regulating themselves.

For me a high CBD, lower THC is best. I still enjoy the effects of THC. I just don't need very high doses of it. My husband on the other hand can smoke whatever, whenever & he's fine. I also don't like to smoke in social settings. With close friends it's OK but I don't enjoy being out in public at all. I'd rather enjoy it at home. That way I can enjoy it! I've also found that taking CBD with THC helps tremendously. Public places are overstimultating to me anyway. Add more stimulation from THC & I can have full blown panic attacks. So I'm an evening/night time smoker for that reason.

Overlooks fact that prevalence amongst the elderly is for pain management and skews it towards cannabis use occurring mostly in elderly people with anti-social, substance, mental health illnesses. This is intentionally trying to stigmatize its use negatively, when the successful prescribing of cannabis by highly qualified doctors for various common ailments such as insomnia and pain is fully embraced by the medical and medical university community in 2021. If you've come here for up to date info, you've found a slightly provincial mind-set Canadian production that will get you almost there for the 20 y/o state of things cannabis related. I see a lot of people that defend weed cus they say it helps them do everyday things. You're pretty much admitting you have a dependency to it. You need bud to help u do the things u should be able to do without any substance. It's like coffee drinkers that can't do anything until they have a cup of coffee. I used to do the same thing. I would smoke to eat, to sleep, to work, relax. I used to do the whole "im not addicted i can stop when i want." But u can cus u dont want to, and when u start feeling like shit and see that ur not the same person anymore and cant hold a conversation without stopping every 10 seconds, u start to think maybe i should stop. And ur like ok this the last time over and over but it never is. And then u finally stop like me and my friends. But then u relapse and it cycles again. I've finally managed to stay sober for a year in 2 months. But for the people that have been smoking since they were a kid for decades, i mean dont bother even trying cus it aint gonna happen ur gonna die with a j in ur hand cus u grew up with that shit and u cant even imagine what it feels to be sober anymore. But let me tell u it's great. When u remove the easy reach for gratification and replace it with something that takes a little more work, you feel invincible. Exercising and eating healthy consistently has completely gotten rid of my depression of many years. I still gotta deal with the anxiety from all the bad experiences with weed and psychedelics. Shout out to lsd tho cus it helped me a lot with quitting weed, it would make me disgusted with smoking just thinking about putting that in my body, and helped me pursue a healthier natural lifestyle. Anyway if u don't like where u are in life and who u r, how u feel, u can live kinda comfortable hiding it all away. If ur old u probably don't give af anymore so i get that. But if it's crazy what the desperation to do something with ur life can do. U rlly can do anything if u rlly want it. Rant over

Just curious, if this video was put out by big pharma. It sure sounds like a modified version of “Reefer Madness”.

    Dm:
Now that you've so thoroughly exaggerated the detrimental effects of cannabis usage, how about doing an honest medical review on the deadly dangerous effects on the bodies of those chumps who have foolishly taken CV-related vaccines?
(I'm quite certain that I'd thoroughly enjoy hearing you expertly schmooze that one over.)

Huh? Which "deadly dangerous effects" are you referring to? I'm one of those "chumps" who have "foolishly" taken the Pfizer vax.
I'm an old guy who possesses several of the aggravating factors that lead to death when infected by Covid. I have family members and friends who have already died (a lonely agonizing death) before the vax came out. I'm also a person WHO NEVER GETS VACCINATED FOR ANYTHING (since the 70s).
But, I also calculated my exposure, my personal risk, my exposure to loved ones who are already sickly and I thoughtfully concluded that getting THIS vaccine was A GOOD IDEA.
I have already looked into the claims similar to the ones you made here about it having "deadly dangerous effects". I can't find actual convincing evidence to it being true (except in rare cases). There have been a sprinkling of people who have had reactions to it (even covered up by Moderna and Pfizer, and less so by JJ), but even factoring THAT in, it is STILL a very good bet to enable me to continue my life.
If you have some source to share that contradicts what I've laid out, then post it, otherwise, I will continue to see characterizations (like yours) of people vaccinated for covid as being reckless and in bad faith.
And yeah, I'm STILL WAITING for the "deadly dangerous effects" to kick in.

@@pheresy1367 I have done "my own extensive research" on the subject pertaining to the safety and efficacy of the "jab", and have, based on said research, no doubt in my mind that the statements I've made are truthful and accurate. I have no idea how much research you've done on the subject, but I must conclude, according to the information that you've provided in your comment, that you are confident enough in the positive information you've received, to trust taking the vaccines. And that is your natural right to do so, as it is my natural right to refuse to take them, mandates be damned.
      (In closing:
Please also take into consideration the fact that once these vaccines are injected into your body, there's no way of removing them, and if I'm correct in my conclusions, you may yet suffer from future negative effects of the vaccine/vaccines you have taken, and if so, must cope with any-and-all negative, possibly deadly, effects, and with little-or-no hope of a remedy. And in closing, all that I have left to say is good luck to you, sir.)

Just wanted to comment that your information is lacking mental health awareness. Several mental health diagnoses also cause memory loss and cognitive impairment. Given what I know as a mental health professional in the U.S., undiagnosed mental health disorders lead to self medicating and all kinds of other things that can also impair brain function not to mention the various other factors that make proving your claims difficult. Thanks for the video and helping knowledge share, however, please be aware of the lack of mental health awareness that’s desperately needed in today’s world.

I think we can safely say there’s at least a link between thc and psychotic symptoms at this point. I mean there will always be one variable or another not accounted for until you lock people away in a lab behind lock and key with only weed. But rather than saying every time but they drank alcohol once too or whatever I think it’s time to acknowledge thc’s power to mess with the mind, especially when used in excess.
