Been enjoying your videos over the last couple of days. It's been 20 years almost to the day that I last fished Hatchlands. There were golden trout in silver lake back then. I also seem to remember we (probably incorrectly even then) came in via the entrance on the left. Coming in from the top entrance where is the parking for the trout lake? Can you simply pull up in the southeastern corner of the lake?
Hello Clive I am glad that you have been enjoying the videos. To park, just come down from the main Totnes road, where the sign is, and then drive around silver lake and over the bridge to the trout lake. It can be a bit muddy but there are spots to park by the trout lake, next to the new building that is being built.
