The plane ticket is the only thing that costs, and if you're flexible it's very affordable. Everything else is super affordable there. Then comes the diseases, most of which are invisible at the time, yet can also be life threatening. For what..? a couple of bucks at best.. I mean, why would you take all those risks for such little gain..?
