* Gram flour(बेसन) - Less than 1/2 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 3-4 Tbsp
* Onion(प्याज) - 1 nos Big size .
* Carom seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 1/1.5 Tsp
* Black Pepper powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Crushed Dried pomegranate(सूखा अनार दाना) -1 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Green chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 3-4 nos.
* Green coriander(हरा धनिया) - 1/2 Cup
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - For Greasing
