    The mindset shift in allowing yourself to interrupt was probably the most important thing I got from this. We're loaded with so much conditioning from our upbringing we don't even think to break through it.

    As you listen to your prospect's rambling, confirm your presence with fillers, and when you see an opportunity, interrupt him/her with empathy.
