The mindset shift in allowing yourself to interrupt was probably the most important thing I got from this. We're loaded with so much conditioning from our upbringing we don't even think to break through it.
This is good stuff. So, we just want to make sure that we know what were going, acknowledging what the other person says, and finding the little gaps where we can insert ourselves
