Love your tips, Thanks for suggesting you need a pinch of salt in water for gargling, I have been doing it wrong for all these years, always used very salty water for gargle. Learned something right today. You are the best. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻
I've personally used a teaspoon of salt in less than 100ml water and used to gargle just before going tu bed and this drastically reduces the pain the next morning. A couple of more such gargling the next day and my sore throat pain is gone by the evening

I usually go to studio and sing. Last night I went to a studio for my performance, i sat inside the AC studio for 3 hours. But I couldn't perform better as I felt soar throat in the middle also frequent coughing. My voice depressed and quite often I experienced voice crack. I need your advise please, 🙏🙏🙏
