I just watched him take an already nuts trick and make it just insane. and it shows how much harder it is to add that flip in. He can hit the 360 all day but that flip adds that challenge for him. i could do neither lol insane raw talent
@@poser.3389 If you can't fall properly, then there won't be no trick going down. I am still shocked, how he did not twist his ankle on those bails, at such a young age.
Chris Joslin is such a monster and has such a future ahead of him. One of the gnarliest skaters out there. He was landing on almost all of the attempts, too. He's got some guts and stamina to keep trying that.
That part when his board snaps and his crew sets up his new one and their bolting in the screws and the made the car giving noises had me fucking dying 😂😂
Skaters perspective, I actually respect that crowd for not ruining the footage with overexcited yells and screams. If I filmed a gnar trick like that for a video part, I would just want complete silence for a good few seconds.
Chris Joslin battles a 360 Kickflip down Rincon for the Bones Wheels video. Not a 360 Flip. A 360 Ollie Kickflip! He doesn't give up with a little help from *****'s Jordan Hoffart runnin' the pit crew to replace broken boards.
***** Unless it's an ender or an intro trick, theres usually going to be music playing behind the sounds of the skateboarding, and you generally dont want to hear a whole lot of ruckus drowning it out. I imagine its an even bigger problem at places like rincon where shit echoes like crazy
There was a dude at my local skate park growing up that would do basically this same trick on flat. He would throw a tre flip and just BS 360 body varial over it. He was really good on inline skates as well.
Out of all of the times he tried that there were only like 1-2 times that he didn't land on the board with both feet and fully commit. Also he did 2 fucking backside 360s down that first try. What is this world coming to..
dude i know, these niggas hype you the fuck up to go get some, but at the same time you think: "shit, if i want to be pro or sponsored i have to follow THIS up? no fucking way i can do that 720 fakie triple 540 flip down el toro!" but also the fact you SEE people all the time get there and make it, then you think "oh i can make it too if i try hard enough." it's a double edge sword when it come to motivation with this stuff.
Creep Green true, the only thing about being pro/sponsored that i am really hyped on more than anything is hanging out with and skating with these great motivated skaters everyday, just being able to go to whatever spot with some people on the team and just shred, the rest of the shit is a added bonus tbh.
Garf2O If it was really like that I'd be with you, but the #1 complaint I consistently hear from pros is "oh man we were on this sick trip in _______ and we only had like 3 days to do all the demos and film at the spot, I wish I had like 2 weeks so that I could have really explored the city and found a few spots that I actually *wanted* to skate.
The weight of the impact is lowered by the momentum and angle. Plus your bushings absorb impact as well as your body. There is a science behind it, and its beautiful
did anyone else notice how many professional skateboarders that were there, didn't even like congratulate chris on the fact that he did a trick that none of the could do.
That sticking is the realization in the back of his head, that he landed the same trick Chris Cole did and he knows, that It's actually Chris Coles magic powers that are stopping him from moving forward.
Sick, his consistency of actually landing on it is crazy.
1:38 is it just me or did that sound EXACTLY like shaggy (from scooby doo) saying "what the heck"… Anyway this shits raw as fuck
i literally thought the same exact thing when i heard that hahahaha
haha thats fucked eh straight up identical
I literally thought that right when I heard it as well!!!
Zoinks yo!
I just watched him take an already nuts trick and make it just insane. and it shows how much harder it is to add that flip in. He can hit the 360 all day but that flip adds that challenge for him. i could do neither lol insane raw talent
tfw you land your backside 360 kf cleaner than either of your bs 360's
The thing that is most impressive is how he knows how to fall perfectly without getting hurt. That's a very valuable skill.
Very impressive but definetly not the most impressive thing in this vid thing you sre forgetting you know... The actual trick?
@@poser.3389 If you can't fall properly, then there won't be no trick going down. I am still shocked, how he did not twist his ankle on those bails, at such a young age.
i usually land about 10 feet away from my board for my first 20+ tries at any gap haha
That's a lot of wasted energy.
I don't think Chris gets enough attention & popularity that he deserves
The guy is insane,
Naw he defentally gets the attention
nah dude's going to the olympics
SeaBass YT dudes b trying to argue w something i said years ago, i’m dead

"Dang it! I didn't see it!" - Mikey Taylor 2:57
So dope. Chris Joslin sure has aged a lot in the last couple years though, he now looks 10 years older than he did in this video.

he gos straight for the spirits haha
lol was wondering if anyone else noticed that
Met this guy years ago and he shredded the demo he's such a great skater
That part when his board snaps and his crew sets up his new one and their bolting in the screws and the made the car giving noises had me fucking dying 😂😂
The guy at 1:38 sounds like shaggy from scooby doo
Ha!
Skaters perspective, I actually respect that crowd for not ruining the footage with overexcited yells and screams. If I filmed a gnar trick like that for a video part, I would just want complete silence for a good few seconds.
he is a true beast in every possible sense
incredible skateborder
This was after I was there, but literally 15 years ago pros would come and just tear up our middle school.
Such a trip.
This is the fourth time I've came back to this video in an hour!!

He landed it so good too! Major Props
met him at chino, hes too good and consistent. he back 360d & bigspined the peak of the 4 block
That blizzard flip was MONEY!!!!
That was the weirdest reaction when he landed it. Its like no one was looking until the roll away lol
When youre filming a trick for a video part, it makes for easier editing if there isnt a whole lot of screaming in the background
***** how is it easier exactly?
.
***** Unless it's an ender or an intro trick, theres usually going to be music playing behind the sounds of the skateboarding, and you generally dont want to hear a whole lot of ruckus drowning it out. I imagine its an even bigger problem at places like rincon where shit echoes like crazy
Its like unspoken rule wait 3 seconds after land when filming
talk about taking a beating man! good job following through!
You blew it, Mikey!
There was a dude at my local skate park growing up that would do basically this same trick on flat. He would throw a tre flip and just BS 360 body varial over it. He was really good on inline skates as well.
I just got so pumped after i half cabbed up a ledge, and then I watched chris land a back 3 on a four block first try...
the fact that he stuck all of them except two is amazing
Out of all of the times he tried that there were only like 1-2 times that he didn't land on the board with both feet and fully commit. Also he did 2 fucking backside 360s down that first try. What is this world coming to..

@@Garf2O lol niggas think they can do it too til they stand at the top of el toro and look down and decide "maybe just an ollie for my ender"
those are always really inspiring
The look on his face when he lands it. He stuck it like 6 times before that too. Goodness gracious this dude is good.
Looks sick!
Chris is goals asf

Great dedication

That is a sick spot my friend
1:20 Chris Joslin's pitcrew!
Beautiful CONGRATS 💯
That was sick!
i think the thing I miss the most about skateboarding is the hype after you land your trick
I love skating here 😎 I go here every Sunday
ryan sheckler full cap flipped something as high as this first try at street league
Not as high as rincon
a trick like that at this kinda spot will put you on the map forsure.

That sticking is the realization in the back of his head, that he landed the same trick Chris Cole did and he knows, that It's actually Chris Coles magic powers that are stopping him from moving forward.
