Just a sidenote: I believe you're supposed to rotate the flat cap too when inserting and removing it, I believe that's why it was hard for you to do it.

That was exactly me reaction. Once you put them on you will wonder why you didn't buy them sooner. They are that comfortable.
6 months later, how have they held up?
They have held up beautifully, no issues and i have gotten alot of compliments on them
on your video and the company's video, you & their model are thin. Yet it seems like the outside portion of the foot does not have a wide enough base. Are they making them fairly narrow?
Great question. I wear from a size 10-10.5 and do not have narrow feet. I have not found the base to be narrow at all.

You would be surprised how many times people get married
Nothing about this product makes sense. First, if heels bother you after an hour, don’t wear them. Second, who is going dancing and will carry around in their bag a bunch of parts to change the shape of their shoes? They are shoes, not transformers. You either wear a heel with all that entails or you don’t. This is just dumb.
don't quite agree. Heels, after a time, can bother any women who wear them. But, sometimes heels are the most appropriate shoe to wear in some situations such as formal events or other occasions. Some women like to wear heels because it gives them height or makes them feel good. So to not wear them might not be a possibility. Next, the intent of the shoe is to change easily at any event you are at. You can carry the shorter heels or caps easily in your bag and change within a few seconds if the situation should arise. This is far easier than carrying two pairs of shoes.
