I have a Fujitsu abtg24lvtc with this remote and want to set the timer to come on every day but there's no way to do it. You have to manually press the timer on each day, what happens if I'm away for 3 weeks and I need the room temperature controlled. One would think Fujitsu would've thought of this as they have with other models!
You just press the 'timer' button once to turn it on - or off. If the economy light is flashing, you have pressed the economy button. Press it again, and it should turn off.
I'm sure there is a way ... but I'm not at home right now, so I don't have the remote. usually there's a small hole that you can poke a pen or a paper clip into. Or maybe just pull the batteries out and start again.
@@mavismyrtle Just to a new one installed, I noticed that it works only one day at a time. Were you able to test it further to see if the timer works DAILY? Thanks.
I can't seem to get my air con to work.The operation light is flashing slowly. The Economy light is flashing rapidly and I can't turn it off by re=pressing the button. The timer light is flashing very slowly. The timer is set for on 00:00 and off 00:00, but I "think" I have cancelled it. It seems to send and receive the signals. Any ideas?
Oh no ... that's not good. Have you tried pressing the mode button to change it to heat? You need to be able to turn it off though. There must be an isolating switch somewhere.
U life saver! Now i can preset a timer for the aircon to work before my kids come home for arvo naps. 38'c today!!

Yes, if you have the clock and date set correctly, you can set it to come on every day.

There is 'reset' button you can press too.
You will need a pen or a tooth pick to push it in.
It's at the bottom right of the face of the remote.

It might be a good idea to test it at a time when you're at home to see it work.

I don't have that unit anymore but I'm pretty sure you need to press the 'timer' each time you turn it on.

It's OK. Turned it off at circuit breaker for 20 minutes, then worked properly

If you want to leave it on all night long - turn it on, and make sure the 'timer' is not on. It will continue until you turn it off yourself.
There's another video with instructions on how to set the time.

How can cancel the timer
Turn the a/c on, point the remote at the unit, press the timer button until the 'timer' light on the unit is off.
If you watch this video right to the end, it shows you how to turn the timer on, so doing the opposite will turn it off.
U don't tell how rested timer
You can't set your phone to turn itself on.
If you set it to silent, the alarm will still sound.
