These characters held up so well over the years and it makes me so relieved that they will all be rehomed and loved once again. Congrats to you and everyone else who receives characters of the show. :)
Congratulations on owning a show. Really sad that they removed this show though because this was the closets shot I had at seeing a rockafire show but at the very least I'm very glad they were sold not scrapped
Thank you for taking the time, money and effort to repair & preserve these great animatronic pieces that were a part of so many people's childhood. I always wanted to see one of the shows but never was able to. I did see a small part of one of the shows, possibly, at a place called Smoky Mountain Knifeworks in Pigeon Forge Tn. I've never been able to fully verify the 2 animatronics came from the Rock-a-Fire show, but a friend who lived there was "positive" that's where they originally came from and he said if I wanted to see the actual show, I needed to head to Hendersonville Tn, to the Strike & Spare Family Fun Center bowling alley/arcade as he'd seen a article stating they had the full roster of characters still functional, but I don't know if they're still there. I just found the article he mentioned from 2014. it's online from a local magazine there called The Scene and the story is called Animal Collective and it seems like a decent history of the animatronics-🎃
I'm glad they decided to sell the show rather than giving it the CEC treatment and throw them out after destroying them congratulations on winning them!
Sad To see on of the last public Shows Take their Final bow. But glad to see That they're going to a new home. Hopefully sometime in the future I could Save up a bit of money and have a small Piece of the show. Not much room for an Animatronic. but A prop would be nice
They’re kind of all over the place. Rolfe I am keeping and we are building a stage for him and Mitzi in the house (a close friend got Mitzi and she is going to stay next to Rolfe). Someone else got Billy and we just helped with transport, and most the rest of the characters are all going to help complete other shows. Sad that the arcade decided to remove them, but all the characters are going to perform again all over the place and be reunited with other band members.
@@pikalove8201 dang, well, I’m happy that you were able to save all of them! And it is nice to hear that they will all be performing again someday, even if they are all split up amongst fans
