I always wondered if you could set-up a strap-in gaming chair that applied progressive positive Gs across your frame while doing a SATAL match. Of course, if it malfunctions your spouse will find your brains splattered on the wall behind you...a'la toothpaste tube. But, I digress.
Why not split your flight right and left and them fire a missile at each target from both sides at once? That way he can only notch one of the missiles as they are approaching from different direction.
need to be above mach 1 to make these matches even better in the f-16 if i can get to 1.3 or higher you can sling some damn near unstoppable 120's. plus more energy to notch and defend with but either way its grim reapers air to air awesome to watch love the videos

Cap, before I even view the video, I would advise that the competitors take a lesson from when you were racing in the Hind, and equip their birds with windscreen wipers to up the top speed.

as with any PC game it depends on the your client (home pc) .from what I have seen with DCS (local) you can get anyway with 10CPU (multicore that supports virtual 10CPU), 16G RAM, and good HDD (SDD is a must). and decent video card. if you intend to be a server then double that... if I were to build a DCS windows server system to support this then I would go for the following minimum: Xenon Cpu (2x10 cores), 128G RAM, 240G SSD, 500Mbps internet... FYI... Tried it on those settings and it works great. problems start when you ask the server to render graphics IRT (in Real Time) which require GPU (not CPU)...

I was on the fence if I should say this or not... because I don't want it to be taken as an attack. But I decided I will with a Disclaimer. This is meant to be constructive. Cap in the engagement around 50 mins I noticed you panic Comms a lot and it take up the freq, you need to practice thinking what you want to say first then hold /down the PTT... say what you want to say then let go... you tend to hit coms say some of it.. let go... then people think you're done but then you hit PTT again. You're not the only person who does this and I get it .. pucker factor is high but you also give out a lot of comms that people just don't need to hear. I'm focusing on that 1 engagement as to not nit pick too much and make this as constructive as possible with out attacking you. There might be other places you do it but i'm going to stick with that 1 engagement. a "fox 3 bandit angels 50" …. " Fox3 again" would of worked. you might know this you're not a noob but I wanted to point it out just incase in the hopes that it would help make you more self aware of the comms discipline. maybe it will help you in future fights, that was the objective of this comment any how.

Agreed team pickle was an upset in my books. I would love to see a cap 1on1 against the rest of the GR's (no faceplants allowed) :)

Cap great vid/idea remember to map your radar up/down for the viper radar to look up/down at enemies.

The defending airplane will notch one (if he's able to), and simply outrun the other misslie, unless it's been shot from a very short distance.

The F-15 we get in game is a REALLY old version which would struggle in these fights.
