Considering in the newest Sonic game, Frontiers (Shadow Generations is a Shadow game) he literally defeated The End, which was basically a rule of nature. One thing Forces did right was give us a line from Sonic that is more true than anything else. "Unlike Mechs, I can grow. I get stronger and faster every second." And a perfect example to me is Perfect Chaos. When Sonic beat Perfect Chaos, he needed to be Super Sonic to win. And in Sonic Generation, he's able to beat Perfect Chaos again in base form. Sonic is always growing stronger and faster. And I think in the comics, Eggman came to the conclusion that Sonic has a natural chaos factor, which is why he's always able to stop him even when there's seemingly no hope. Though I haven't read them so I can't say for certain if that's real

@@mrsketchysketch680 I would say say Wally > Hulk via sheer hax and speed blitzing, specifically using Wally's strongest state. He also isn't really bound by dimensionality either. Then I'd have Sonic/Hulk be relative due to Hulk overpowering in nearly all physical aspects while Sonic takes over in hax, and their tier is relative to eachother and cosmologies are somewhat relative in complexity. Wally is inherently faster than Sonic as well, and vastly overpowers Hulk in speed too. I'd then have Alien X and Doom Slayer be relative because frankly, Ben 10's cosmology just isn't impressive and doesn't help his feats scale above a lot of high tier DC and Marvel characters. His reality warping can only go so far, and his destructive capacity is limited to how complex his own cosmology is, and it's really lacking. Doom has a cosmology relative/comparable to Ben 10's Omniverse, and the amount of ap and hax Doom has leads me to believe he's relative to Alien X.

@@mrsketchysketch680 I would say say Wally > Hulk via sheer hax and speed blitzing, specifically using Wally's strongest state. He also isn't really bound by dimensionality either.
Then I'd have Sonic/Hulk be relative due to Hulk overpowering in nearly all physical aspects while Sonic takes over in hax, and their tier is relative to eachother and cosmologies are somewhat relative in complexity. Wally is inherently faster than Sonic as well, and vastly overpowers Hulk in speed too.
I'd then have Alien X and Doom Slayer be relative because frankly, Ben 10's cosmology just isn't impressive and doesn't help his feats scale above a lot of high tier DC and Marvel characters. His reality warping can only go so far, and his destructive capacity is limited to how complex his own cosmology is, and it's really lacking.
Doom has a cosmology relative/comparable to Ben 10's Omniverse, and the amount of ap and hax Doom has leads me to believe he's relative to Alien X.
