it is naked eye test at normal speed that feet should appear to touch the ground. not slow motion. the rule is you can jump once the body has passed the straight leg. when the body passes the leg on the ground must be straight as it passes through you can kick to land on the heels( like skiing). otherwise he wont get that speed! he is a great technician. There is another 5km run where he was given 2 warnings but he gets the record. he is the fastest under 10 km ever. He loses stamina after 20 km. others come to the fore all the way to 50km. olympics they removed 50km, which is not good as that was a great event! 50km is great because you wont have everybody competing. you need incredible stamina and speed. so 20km folks fall apart! it is now 35 km and 20 km runners are dominating that field.
Both athletes moving smoothly and at top speed for their respective sports!!
That was awsome!
Did he just walk 1 km in 3.5 minutes?
No but he ran it.
I'm going to the gym to run, and I'd be running 6mph on the treadmill. This guy is walking it?😧
Yep. He's walking circles around you. lol
Great to watch! Any chance you might do this for the Anniversary Games next year?
He didn't run at his maximum he did a 1400m at 2'29/km, and his 1500m PR is 3'38 so a 2'25/km pace, he was clearly don't running fuuly.
U don't run at pr every race

U don't run at pr every race
Great idea!!!
Very nice ❤️👌🤘💪
Some very noticeable lifting in the slo mo finish. Would need a judge's angle and view to tell you if I would have carded him during the race.
