The project mindset (Slavery) is hard to break away from, especially when that's all you know. However, it can be done. I ran the streets, watched a lot of my friends get killed, go to jail. I was headed down that path until I saw my friend take a bullet to the face during a robbery and died. That's when I decided to change my life. But it took the murder of one of my homies to finally get my act together. I got into computers and off the streets. Went back to school, got two degrees and made something of myself. It's never too late as long as your alive to turn your life around. You decide.
I went from banging, selling dope, doing shit I can't speak on and my right hand man got shot and took his last breath in my arms!! I grew up in the worst hood in america on the Eastside detroit and now own my own buisness, house, cars, everything I want!! But it took losing ppl and doing almost 9 yrs behind bars! Salute to all my street ni66as trying to make it out, it's possible G
