They inspired funeral for a friend, you know about the ep split series of them covering each other's songs right? I used to joke around with Nathan of BSF that they should have done "the art of american football" for that series.
ive known bsf for many years but never seen their faces nor seen their show. i have no words to describe how i feel about them after seeing this show... speechless
I've seen them live in Germany twice in the early 2000s. Let's say, they have aged and as far I remember their audiance is a little bit smaller now... BUT hell yes, if i depict me standing in this crowd, shouting "Rise!"... Well I'm too old for this shit ;D
Sadly the audio recording of this is so flat. But great band nonetheless. Especially the start with "After the Eulogy" usually kicks so hard with proper audio quality.
So glad I found this band. They remind me a lot of Funeral for a Friend. So good. Great voice.
You should check out Holding Absence :)
if u can, try to see live this fucking band. Awesome. really
i saw them live 2017 in Cologne, it was mindboggling awesome fucking amazing, i'm a Concert-Junkie, and this was far beyond what i've expected.

Ich vermisse diese Zeit...😪
Ich war gerade letzten Sonntag da. 👍
13:46 They really need to come back... Call themselves Blood Sweat & Fears... I can keep my old shirts
1:15:34 Epic, how that guy futilely tries to save Nathan from his almost completely curled up mic cable xD
i think that guy is Chris Rakus, the "US Tour Bass Player" of Boysetsfire
❤❤
I'm glad I was at their "farewell 'last show'" in Philly and not this oopsie show.
What was oopsie about it?
