I sure would thank you, if you answer this question: What is the difference between House District and Congressional District. Maybe it is indicating some level of state government for one, but House district means where the voter's district for electing their representative to US House (of Representatives?). Or if there isn't enough space here for an ans, please could you tell us an online place to find answers? Thanks.

His district is state and congressional is federal
