Very nice! Well narrated. My 2 cents suggestion is, please avoid using non stock pans. Instead, incorporate cast iron skillets that offer extraordinary health benefits.
Garlic haldi garam masala not needed. Onion can be optional. Grated gobi grated ginger , cumin seeds , jeera , coriander chilli powder, green chilli, fresh coriander. Can use a little oil while cooking on pan , then added butter while serving . A small katori of dahi and some pudina chutney on the side .
