I love jazz, and thought acid jazz, funky jazz, soul, and triphop might be more my beat. This is helping the anxiety and overwhelm, and helps my focus.. When I don't need to be away from screens, I plan on doing some art or hand sewing to this to enjoy the video footage. Such a great mix. can listen again and again. THANKS!
