I love the way you pull everything back into alignment, you make it look so easy but I know it takes your years of experience to do that correctly. Regarding the video work, as an ex TV videotape editor of many years experience, I know how long it takes and I think I speak for everyone when I say thank you for the continued insight into your work.

Don't you wish the mechanic working on your car when you take it in for the next service/repair is a Chris? He has obviously had a great apprenticeship, it would be interesting to hear the story behind the skill set one day.
Mechanics, electrics, metal shaping, painting, welding the chap has it all (feel free to correct me if I've missed anything).
Rob, we all get you in what is a fantastic partnership, but I would love to know how Chris got so many skills, so much knowledge. Very impressive.

I’ve only been watching you guys 12 months, and the difference in the videos is noticeable, especially Chris’s input, which is great, not taking away from you Rob, just love how you do what you do properly and can still earn a crust.
