These kind of huge properties usually overwhelm (there's a property in Solihull, England which I think is commonly referred to as 'the cow shed' and a $35m place in LA which doesn't even have a single tub, neither of which any sane person would want to live in). However, hats off to the architect and the interior designer of this place for creating an incredibly homely, inviting setting. And Nina's engaging, charming presence doesn't hurt either.
It can be hard to make a property like this feel homely and inviting. I agree, I think they did a great job too. Nina is the best too ;) Thanks for watching and supporting.
I don’t think bathtubs are common in America honestly. Most people I know prefer showers so when it comes to building homes we prefer a large shower rather than paying for both. My mom just had our bathroom remodel and we tore out the bathtub and have bigger shower. But California housing is always expensive due to the large population and upper class living there. If you looked at less populated states the price for housing is so cheap. And we typically don’t have neighbors for miles down the road.
@@k.a.r9876 That's interesting! Lots of people have the tub and shower combo here. But having two separate ones is generally in homes, or where space can accommodate that.
There are definitely bears in Whistler. Not sure about this particular neighborhood, but I'm sure you would see them occasionally:) Thanks for watching
@@jeffreygeorge219 Thank you, I am a warm and sunny person. I am guessing you are highly educated, given the wonderful grammar and spelling errors. Have a great day, Jeff!
The house is a 9 and she’s a 10!! Wow😍

I really like that outdoor space. You're outside, but it feels like your inside at the same time! very cozy-looking

I loved the home, the tour, but your music is too loud for your voice. Imo.

Are there bears in the neighborhood?
There are definitely bears in Whistler. Not sure about this particular neighborhood, but I'm sure you would see them occasionally:) Thanks for watching
can you tell me who built this?
We're not sure, but you can try contacting the listing agent. His info in the description. Thanks for watching!
@EV Exclusive ok cool, thanks!
who else gets until dawn vibes
😁
Video way too dark. Couldnt really see details.
Thanks for the feedback. This is an older video, so we've improved on our newer ones.
You look lovely in those pants 😍
Simp of simpalot
@@Soundslikezuzu that's brilliant bumpkin
Didn't show the lower level tour incomplete
The lower level is just the garage and furnace. So not much to show there. We only focused on the good stuff ;)
Jetzt fehlt mir nur noch das Vermögen dazu dann ziehe ich da ein🙏😢
I actually watched this on mute . Who’s the brainstorm who added music “ annoying music “ so loud?
😆this was one of our first videos. We're learning and improved now :)
Tell the Real Estate agent to loose the leather pants she's not a rock star.
Never! We love them ❤️
@@evexclusive I was just thinking that she looks great in them!
@@rosieposie9564 Right?? We think so too 😉
@@evexclusive Well said guys...since when does clothing on a person dictate what they do?? Glad you support Nina.
Really?? I had to watch the video 4 times because I kept getting distracted from the house. Now to just find that winning lottery ticket.
Amazing house, but HORRIBLE editing on this video.
Yes, such a beautiful home! This was one of earlier videos and the editing has improved vastly since this, check out one of more recent videos😊 Cheers
His and his? Wtf! YUCK!
You never know who will buy it. Be more respectful, please. We are an inclusive organization :)
kind of made me puke
wtf are you from Victorian times lol?!
Too old for leather pants. also woke/politically correct host ruins the whole house!
All good! No need to watch. We love Nina and she can wear whatever she wants.
If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Sounds like someone is jealous here lol!
Ali Agnes, funny coming from someone who is too scared to put their picture up for aprofile. Im sure you are a warm sunny day in real life too.

@@aliagnes6166 There are no spelling errors. What are you talking about? Do you know what Psychologists say about grammar Nazis?
