Transport doesn't have a format in terms of coordination. Fuel is not the only facilitator of the movement of these vehicles; there are so many other factors, like spare parts and many others. There are so many challenges. If "waka fine" decides to reduce its transport fares to le 4 or 5, it will run at a loss.
