This year I'd love to add more pieces from Hermès like the Birkin size 40, Constance, 24/24 and Bolide. Maybe I'll be bad and get an Hermès Kelly 40! I also recently fell in love with the Chanel Jumbo- so that's kind of a must-have for my collection, along with a Chanel Mini Rectangle and a Chanel Reissue. Hey, @calebsnell, I suggest that Coach put the Wesselmann Rogues in its redo program, where they remake/reimagine bags. The bags then might have a shot at selling.

1) That checkered cardigan was very Zane! 2) I would strongly urge you to contact Dooney (in a friendly way) and encourage them to review their DE&I training. I worked in sales and we were always told not to assume anything and that your best sales come from the most unexpected customers in the most unexpected circumstances. You are a fan of the D&B brand and so are many men, especially as your channel grows. Maybe suggest a partnership opportunity at the Aurora store once they get their attitudes adjusted.
Hey Emilia! Isn't that cardigan cute? I really like that idea- and you're so right about where the best sales come from. When I was a design consultant at Ethan Allen, our Regional Manager always taught us to never judge a book by their cover. Someone could walk in and not fit the norm or have the financial means of the typical EA client, but because you treated them well that day, they may come back in the future when they're in a position to spend that kind of money on home furnishing. She explained it better, but you get the idea lol. It always stuck with me.

@@CalebSnell Exactly. They may not look like your target customer, but their boss/sister/neighbor could be. Or they are very well off and just don’t dress that way because it isn’t a priority for them. My mom is a perfect example. No one would ever know from looking at her that she is a regular at one of the most expensive restaurants in her town.

Yes crowds are not fun to shop in, not relaxing I agree…..also, a client of mine purchased the coach trompe l’oeil pink make up pouch, it is fab, esp for the price and painting on it is super cool…..lastly, all of my clients do instacart grocery shopping, order on line and it is at your door whenever or you can drive and pick it up all packed for you😁….Happy Easter to you both!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Sweet Lotus! That little gorgeous denim number is the Coach Soft Tabby in Denim. My colorway was from last year, so it's hard to find brand new. However, they have a black denim/ruthenium colorway right now that's pretty cool!

Fun tagging along with you guys, I can’t believe the price on that Dooney pouch, it’s so well made and looks expensive, the card holder looks like it will last a lifetime, I love slg’s as much as handbags. Coach to me is so overpriced except at the outlets. Armani had some nice jackets. I am sorry about your Starbies experience, that’s just unacceptable, not only to spray you with syrup but to not make your drink correct. I’ve gotten chocolate milk many times instead of a mocha so I know the disappointment. Glad you are adding onto your Dooney, it’s fun to see!

I have way too many, and no intentions to stop any time soon! lol! Ugh, Starbies- so disappointing. And I know what you mean about the Mocha- ugh!

I love the cute little black card holder, such gorgeous leather. Couldn't you order your groceries online and have them delivered? I just can't do grocery shopping it's too tedious. BTW love the look without the beard 🙃

Haha, I've tried ordering groceries online, but it was such a hassle and a really bizarre experience- I should do a story time about it some time lol. And thank you! I avoid Starbucks. The Starbucks coffees I have had have tasted like heated milk with a tiny trace of coffee flavouring. There is plenty of bad coffee here in Australia and I would include Starbucks with the bad stuff. (I do like the ceramic tumblers and I collect them, but we have not had new ones for quite a while now.) If you hate grocery shopping, reach out to Hello Fresh. I have never never seen the point in it because you still need to cook and I don't mind the shopping bit, but if it is the shopping you hate and you enjoy the cooking, Hello Fresh is ideal. (Maybe they can give you an ad!?) Congratulations on the new D&B. I agree that they look marvellously Latin-American! Thank you for the video!
Yeah, this was hands-down the worst Starbucks experience that I've had. 0 stars lol. They do have good mugs and tumblers though, I'll give them that! I think that's a great idea with Hello Fresh! And a cooking video would be a lot of fun! Aren't the new Dooney pieces fun? I'm excited to use them!
