If places like Marks & Spencer want to compete in the ecommerce market they need to start treating their packing and delivery service a bit more professionally. Squashing a £100 jacket in to polythene bag so it arrives screwed up in a ball will never enamour customers

I love Mary portas I find her fascinating but I just couldn't watch this. The interviewer just looking away, writing things down while she's talking rather than listening and giving a conversational vibe to this and just not picking up on things she says, just asking question after question with no rapport.
