I am writing thsi comment after having done Episodes 1 thought 10 at least a few times each. Not only is this mindful, and wonderful, but when I look back on all the things I've done I'm amazed at the evolution over the sessions. This to me, is my daily guided meditation. Thank you so much for doing this. So helpful in these uncertain times. I have been a huge fan ever since I learned gel plate printing from you years ago. Thanks for helping us all cope just that little bit better.
I want to tell you, "thank you so much for doing this series." I am disabled and mostly in bed due to chronic pain. I love art and watching You Tube artists! But you got me to open my sketchbook and put pen to paper giving me the push to keep creating! Much love, stay safe, Barbara!

Brilliant, Barbara. I’m locked down in Greece, doing a sketch a day which I’m calling my ‘Lockdown Diary’, and have swallows perched on the phone wires ... I can use this technique to do a little drawing of our swallows. Thank you so much. This is fun 🥰
