I thought about why you would sue either of those because you were assaulted... because they failed to protect you. I heard a later interview with Jesse a few years after his Governorship. He said that he was "taken" to a meeting with some suited, federal type, gentlemen. He said he was GRILLED on; "How he'd won this election?", "Who helped?", "Were outside forces involved?" etc, etc, etc He was floored, confused, and unnerved. He couldnt understand what had occurred and so he asked a friend with connections for his opinion. Apparently his friend looked at him like he had bumped his head. His friend explained that the "Powers That Be"(Deep State?), spends millions on monitoring and attempting to influence, elections. They had NO model in which an "outsider", not just Jesse, but anyone not under their control got elected. Jesse getting elected Terrified them. They thought that after Ross Perot had come as close as he did to getting elected, as a maverick, they had plugged all the holes in the system that could let an outsider sneak in. They wanted to debrief Jesse and then plug any unseen holes they could find. Exactly the same scenario that saw Trump exploit the unknown entity that was twitter at the time, to bypass the status quo roadblock and reach "The People" directly. I heard a later interview with Jesse a few years after his Governorship.
He said that he was "taken" to a meeting with some suited, federal type, gentlemen.
He said he was GRILLED on;
"How he'd won this election?",
"Who helped?",
"Were outside forces involved?" etc, etc, etc
He was floored, confused, and unnerved.
He couldnt understand what had occurred and so he asked a friend with connections for his opinion. Apparently his friend looked at him like he had bumped his head. His friend explained that the
"Powers That Be"(Deep State?), spends millions on monitoring and attempting to influence, elections.
They had NO model in which an "outsider", not just Jesse, but anyone not under their control got elected.
Jesse getting elected Terrified them.
They thought that after Ross Perot had come as close as he did to getting elected, as a maverick, they had plugged all the holes in the system that could let an outsider sneak in.
They wanted to debrief Jesse and then plug any unseen holes they could find.
Exactly the same scenario that saw Trump exploit the unknown entity that was twitter at the time, to bypass the status quo roadblock and reach "The People" directly.
AND!, Dem or Repub, all Honest American citizens should be Horrified by the coordinated attack against Trump that, aside from being a purposeful attempt to keep him from offering his services to the American People again,
appears to be illegal!!!
Please take the time to meditate on the reality that any plan or policy or law or tool that you advocate for use against your opponent automatically lends your advocacy for its use AGAINST YOU!!!
Normalizing the practice, of the current administration criminalizing, a past administration or present prospective candidate or ANY rival at all is the absolute "smoking gun" evidence of Democracy's eradication!!!

Dont be blinded by repugnance or by the thrill of victory or the satisfaction of apparent vindication or by misleading narratives or unsubstantiated accusations or enslaved organizations feeding you nonstop lies.
Most of the areas of Democratic Governance that could be corrupted, and exploited to destroy it, were foreseen by the founding fathers and protected by the checks and balances and laws in the constitution. Allowing those protections to be bypassed
