- Day 2 of the Australia Day long weekend in the Victorian High Country.
We tackle the Barkley River Jeep Track first, climbing the tight corners and awesome final rock steps, with an epic view half way through.
After heading down to the river for some lunch and a swim, it's on to a hidden creek track for some on the most insane 4wding I've ever seen first hand. The Zooks take everything in their stride, while one of the Prado's is the only long wheelbase vehicle to attempt the track.
No one can believe what the Prado drives up first shot, especially with no lockers!
An absolutely unbeatable end to the long weekend with top shelf wheeling on some of the toughest terrain the Victorian High Country has to offer.

Thanks mate. The hut is a privately built one, I've been asked not to say exactly where sorry

Thats just nuts. 😂

Yeah what was that creek track. That was sick. Nice vid.
I've been asked not to say, sorry mate
where/whats the name of the creek track
What is the specific tyre size on the prados? e.g. 255/85r17? and what rim width and offset are you running?
Gold Prado 295/70/17, 9 inch rim with 0 offset
Grey one is the same except 8.5 rim
Cool, did you have to remove/massage/cut anything to reduce/avoid scrubbing at the front?
did you have to trim anything to run 34s?
Only remove the front mud flaps which is pretty standard even for 285's. I added aftermarket UCA's but they ran fine even with stock ones
Where is the creek track
Have u ppf wrapped your Prado?
Yes, it has Bushwrapz on it. My panels would be destroyed without it!
@@JuanFiddy_Prado that's what I thought too. Do you think bushwraps or Rhinohide is better?
@@Megahexen2 For me Bushwrapz has been excellent. I'm putting out a video on this in the next few weeks, but overall I find it's quite tough, solves the issue of scratches from branches and even light scrapes on sticks and banks, while keeping the original aesthetic of the paint (in fact if you polish it before applying the Bushwrapz, it will look even better for much longer than factory paint). The Rhinohide is good because of how tough it is, but then it's a modest level of extra weight (close to a Jerry of water for the Prado) and in my opinion it doesn't look that nice. But I know people who use it and are happy so it's perhaps a personal preference thing
Hay can I tag along one day? I have an old 60 series land cruiser and would love to do some tracks
Cheers
