Very interesting! I have a 1948 spartan manor that has 2 holes knocked in the skin of what was a perfect shell .I got as far as gutting the interior ,but have been using it for storage for 15 years.It would be great to see someone like these guys to work their magic on it.I might as well sell it.
To legally vote (and all sorts of other things the government expects you to do), you have to have a "permanent residence". The way full-timers deal with it is to make their home state an RV full-timer friendly state, which usually has businesses that cater to such. They can receive your mail and other important documents. They can forward your mail, and so forth. Some areas are more hostile than others towards those who choose to live in a trailer/RV/travel trailer. Society still has a ways to go though.

Looks just like the 1935 Covered Wagon I am currently restoring for a customer of mine.
Momma is 88 this year and she had a job stretching canvas on frames of trailers, in Bell Gardens, Ca in late 49 to 50!

I had an old 30's Vagabond, looked similar to this body style, it was like an elaborate old RR car inside, the woodwork was detailed.
Neet little trailer, almost looks haunted, good luck remodeling it. Hope we will all be able to see it when it's done. 😉

I remember in Florida back in the fifties if you lived in a trailer you could not vote. You were considered trailor trash. Things have changed.
