Very cool! Last time I went to Stanford was to see EXO’s Suho give a speech. It’s very admirable that Chef Ryu spoke in English but I would have also been okay if he spoke in Korean. There is much love in the US for Kdrama, Kpop, Kfood and the Korean language. What a great job by Chef Ryu!
I'm a muslim from Malaysia..and I love your recipes because it's easy to follow. Although I can't consume pork, lard & alcohol, but I can always substitute it or just leave it out.
