@@cologne4ev3r that 720 win streak means nothing compared to the mental damage of losing to a bunch of ppl 5k mmr below you. Imagine being Divine something, picking cheese heroes and losing to heralds. I'd be quitting dota.

The chaos is in the fact that, you have a 720 win streak + you are owning the game and you still lose.
The same ego, that he is trying to brush by smurfing, imagine losing that.
If you miss the point, then you miss the point. Only life experience will teach you what me and the other guy is trying to say.
Like if you ever find yourself in a situation that 100% in your favor and somehow random shit happens and you go from 100 to 0. Those are herald games.
Someone needs to smurf 5k below their rank to stroke their ego, you think they won't be emotionally devastated after losing to a bunch of players 5k below their skill level. It's a different thing, if that guy was making meme builds, then he would have a reason. But he is trying super hard and he lost. That 720 win streak means nothing. You'd know this if you ever smurfed 3-4k below your mmr.

Throughout my time playing Dota a Sniper that half builds every item and is generally completely useless has been the only constant
It's always the Ogre players that give you the most memorable and never before seen gameplay. They are truly one of a kind breed.
This Venge played way above herald level with most of her swaps 😮
Definitely shows how much impact a good support down in herald is compared to a bad/griefer support (like hard support pudge and the like)

What was good about it? Literally spammed swap off cooldown
I realized something after watching this, the most fun that I had with Dota when I was at the bottom, the moment you reach to a point where winning is so fucking important, it's no longer playing the game for fun.
I fix it by playing turbo , stress free and way more fun
Watching the Ursa lose gave a primal sense of joy.
I didn't even know you could do that with the gem, these heralds are really teaching me something new. It's not useful in any way but it's certainly new information!

Win one with Ursa. Lose one with IO. Always remain same rank in herald.
It's simple. He plays with PT and the Party abandons before game ends then he leaves. That will not be counted as a broken streak if you left before you lose the game.
Thts so messed up tht you can win 720 games and not rank up....

@@dirajgurung1390 Ursa is my friend. He's 7.5k mmr. It's just hard to carry with ursa against smurfs in late game. main problem is you just run out of slot and become useless.

Well deserved win for team hearlds. Especially slark. It was a unfair game for them but yet still they did not give up and win the game at the long run. Smurf coulndt even stand in the end even tho he was cheating, brilliant.

whats the use of backpacking the orb of corrosion before using salve?
I've seen some pros do something similar from time to time but i have no clue why
Salve (and almost any other heal) restore constant amount of health. If you move corrosion into backpack you reduce your HP pool, so for example:
- you had 500/1000 hp (50%)
- move corrosion to backpack
- you have 1000 - 150 = 850 max hp and 425 (50%) actual hp
- salve restore 390 hp: 815/850 hp or 95.8%
- move your corrosion back: 1000 x 95.8 (current % hp) = 958 hp
So you salve restored 958 - 500 = 458 hp instead of 390.
Same for mana (mango for example), stick or etc.
Also you can actively do this with Power Trades:
- move it to intelegence when you use spells (more mana pool - less % loss, coz most spells have constant cost)
- move to agi when restore hp and/or mana
- hp when somebody try to kill you - with full hp PT give you additional 200 hp (10 str)
- primary stat when you farm, with some exceptions on str. heroes like Tiny - agi can be more affective coz additional attack speed

@@3n3j0t4 consumables give absolute amount of resources, that is flat numbers not percent. meanwhile, when dropping and equipping items, the relative amount of a resource is preserved so you can drop everything that gives your hero hp or mana into the backpack, then use a consumable and it will be far more effective.
morphling is a good example for this mechanic. the morphling player shifts all his strength into agility and then uses a potion. total hp is only a few hundred points, so the potion will heal the hero to full. afterwards, when he shifts back to strength, the hp bar will stay full (this isn't Diablo 2)

Saitama (the Slark) is a well known super smurf Herald and they fed him in lane too. Anytime hes on my team its an easy win and I always target him when hes opposing. I go up against these recurring characters a lot since im stuck in the same parallell world bracket as them and some of the only ones that can begin to be a challenge. (along with matching me with worse teammates than all my opponents.)
Heralds think everybody is a smurf because they don't understand Dota, which is why they are Heralds.

@@joelb1299 the latest patch did address the herald bracket. It was full of players 1-2k mmr above where they should be so yes it was full of "smurfs"

they never pull creep aggroaggroo 4 creeps/min max they can kill.
abilities cast timings & sense are insane. they usually cast all the ultimate on 1 hero and die.
I'd be so hyped if I beat a 720 win streak smurf.

"ok i need damage to kill people, imma go for chrysallis... ok now im dying to people, i need a defensive item, shadow blade gives me good damge and stealth, nobody buys dust in herald anyway... ok now i need to improve my farming, i will go with maelstorm" they are not finishing items because for them thats not a priority at all xd

winter is actually such a grief hero. it's not just the ulti but also the cold embrace. I once made a comeback for my team with Weaver with a 15-0 score. In the clutch movement, winter freeze healed me so I could not timelapse and got burst to death. Eventually losing the game 15-2.
I don't even know why people play that hero. If it's not coordinated it's so bad to play. Rarely is it good to embrace someone and rarely is it good to just ult (in fact it's one of the worst ults in the game in terms of consistency because unless you are getting a carry killed or having their carry kill someone it's practically worthless) etc.
@@Delimon007what are you talking about? Wyvern is a very strong support and if played right can impact a whole game, but might mess it up as well, so she must be played right
@@Delimon007 Long as you don't kill anyone with your embrace, you can easily stand back nuke enemies and heal teammates. Safest way to use ult is to disable enemies your team isn't focused on. You can play safe with embrace too by stacking it with Pavise.

My workmate is Herald and we sometimes play Turbo during working hours. I'm only Archon so I just play around them, not calling any shots. Believe me, their plays and the games are as confusing as they can be.
Why do you swap item in backpack while picking rune?
can anyone explain why backpacking orb of corrosion when healing? Orb doesnt add up your hp so I'm missing a point here... Thanks.

What does backpacking the orb of venom before salving do?
By placing strength, intelligence, mana and health giving items in backpack it make it disabled for 6 second. When you heal whit fixed amount of mana not percentage based you can renter your items to add health and mana. More efficient healing. 500 hp pool and you have healed to 300 hp it means you have 60% hp then you add your point booster +250 hp then 750 hp pool and your current hp will be 450 hp.
You can put the Smurf in herald but you can never take the herald out of herald

Why is backpacking orb of corrosion and salve a smurf move?
Most 1.5k mmr players I know backpack items as well. The jump from herald to crusader is immense
Its kinda similar to the jump between immortal laymen and pro players, immense. Herald has a floor mmr, you cant get below 10, even if you deserve to be below 10 e.g. -150 mmr (losing beyond 10 mmr has no consequence).
I think the jump from herald 1 to herald 2 is greater than the jump from herald 5
to crusader
@@charlesolarte7104 You might be right. The guy who introduced me to dota was a perma-loser whose mmr never rose above 50. I had a 30% winrate playing with him. But herald 5 to crusader is a massive difference as well.

maybe nyx is a friend or ursa has some kind of hacks to make someone abandon the game, and if he leavers after that he loses mmr, but the stats dont get updated (the winstreak thing)
because there is no reason for nyx to abandon the game at that moment
i think this is the most probable hypotheses on u can get 720 winstreak. when ur about to loss u get ur buddy abandon the game to save your streak..

As someone in herald, can confirm that I do not understand what Wyvern does. Same for Oracle, Arc Warden, and a bunch others that only appear in my games when the player has 7000hrs
Wyverns ulti causes the target to be attacked by his allies, but makes it and the attacking units invulnerable to damage besides from wyvern and her units, it's a spell you need to time right if not I can backfire like in this game
